I came in on January 31st 2026. I ordered a kids meal because sometimes a full burrito it’s too much and I just needed a quick snack in between shifts.
The front desk staff was really friendly and helpful professional and quick.
The brown rice the tomato salsa and the quesadilla and steak were all very good and fresh.

No chips that I ordered were in the bag. Had to ask for my on line order, it wasn’t on the shelf. The carne asada was tough and full of gristle. We halved the burrito and both of us pulled the meat out. Since we didn’t get the chips I ordered, I had to cook some eggs for my partner to fill him up. Yet another disappointment of a meal from Chipotle. I even gave a $5 tip! We will not be ordering Chipotle again. Something is always wrong with the order.

We goto this Chipotle but we have to pass 3 others closer. Good price and very good portions. I want extra rice because I don’t get beans and others charge for it. This one substitutes it. 4 star for service because 2 checkout issues in last 20 visits. 1 they charged me for steak when I got chicken. 2 my most recent visit dude filled my burrito so full they needed a second tortilla. Not my fault but they charged me for it. $.50 not a big deal since it was soooo much but the fact they did it without me asking if I wanted a second was a shock.

I usually come here twice a week, but the quality and service have really gone downhill lately. The rice has been hard the last couple of times, and tonight they were already out of guac by 8 PM. There wasn’t any sign saying they were out, so I asked the guy in the polo (who I assume was the manager). He just shrugged—twice. No explanation, no apology, just complete indifference. His attitude was honestly worse than the missing guac. If you hate working with customers, maybe customer service isn’t the right job.

Portions are horrible when you DoorDash or order online! Why is my bowl I pay 16$ for half empty? It’s so annoying please pick up the phone no one ever awnsers. Food is fresh n tasty usually but really just pick up the phone and give good portions. PICK UP THE PHONNEEE!!!

Every single time – they are out of stuff (pico, guacamole , chicken, etc) they say they make fresh all day…Who is managing this place!? I can understand if it’s 30min before close but it’s 2+hrs before close! Don’t just tell me when I walk in you’re out and then look irritated…just go make it.

Honestly, some days the food is just bland. Tastes like nothing. I mean Chipotle is not THE most flavorful food, but you’ll know when it tastes like nothing. First world problems…lol.
ORDERING:
The online ordering is down like every other day. When it’s down, you can see the line forming quickly inside. Not really sure why the ordering system is so bad here.
Especially when the other location, a couple miles away ONLY does online ordering with no issues. So it can’t be the system itself, right?, unless upper management is that lazy to fix the system’s underlying problems.
Note, this may not be the problem, just thinking out loud.
Update 10/2021:
Of course I had to try the brisket!! I find that going into the building is a lot better. In person, the food was good and the service was good. I have gone in like 5 times for the brisket and have not been disappointed yet. Keep it up!

This was always my go to place, it’s literally minutes from my house. Everytime I order online for pickup/delivery here, there is always something wrong.
For example:
I pay for double meat, I get regular meat (verified with another bowl).
I pay for a chicken bowl, I get a veggie bowl.
I buy a barbacoa bowl, the barbacoa is ice cold!
I just bought a bowl again today, it was drenched in liquids, soggy, just…no.
I am done with this location. Going to try one of the other 2 further locations from now on.

50/50 chance the lobby will be open. Just mobile order and pray. Entertaining staff experience, so it is kind of worth chancing your meal just for the stories.

Terrible customer service. Orders are wrong, late, and/or cold frequently. I’m sure they’ll reply to this review to reach out for support but I already have twice. Their Customer Care stopped responding after multiple follow ups and no resolution (CAR17442810). Reputational damage to say the least and one of the worst customer service experiences.

Chicken was do spicey that I had to return and complain.My family couldn’t it. If you have high blood pressure beware and stay away! I though restaurants were not suppose use excessive spices. The department of health need to pay them a visit. BUYER BEWARE……
