This Chipotle was filthy. Great food, service was okay; nothing special, but the lobby was closed due to it’s disarray. Every single table was covered in sour cream or crumbs.
Hardly anything was stocked as far as napkins, silverware, and straws go. In fact, there were no napkins whatsoever.
The bathrooms were even worse. My male friend told me the men’s bathroom was, “Filthy from top to bottom, trash can full, with trash on the floor. Toilet broken and missing the top. Very unsanitary.”
I understand this location must be understaffed, but the state of cleanliness is unacceptable.

It is dirty like the other reviews have mentioned but whats worse is the attitude of the employees. I asked for which of the toppings was more spicy and got a sarcastic look like I am a dumb person. Then I asked for a side and the person serving me and two others started talking to each other in Spanish and at me. I am not sure what was funny and I asked. But just got more Spanish at me. Unfortunately Ige noticed this is a common experience at Chipotle because the same thing has happened to me in a different state. I felt mocked and completely disrespected. Oh and the soda machine was also not working. I hope corporate takes not of this and takes action.

12:28 on a Monday. No one in line. Got food in 1 min. No ice in machine. Coke Zero empty. No forks. A million spoons, but no forks. Chairs up on table from closing prior night. I came here with hesitation due to prior poor experience. This is it. 3.1 rating is generous.

Absolutely the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had—and the final straw for me.
I placed a takeout order and arrived 20-30 minutes after the pickup time (my fault for running late). When I got there, my order was already gone—apparently stolen by someone else. I completely understand that happens when orders sit out.
What I don’t understand is the employee’s reaction. She showed zero concern, blamed me entirely for the theft (“you were late, so it’s your fault”), and told me I’d have to wait for a completely new order. Fair enough—except after 20 more minutes of standing there while new orders kept coming out, I asked about mine and was told it hadn’t even been started yet and I’d need to wait another 15+ minutes. She continued to be dismissive and rude the entire time, repeating that she had to “keep up with pickup times” as if I was somehow inconveniencing her.
When a second employee finally started my bowl, he scooped the rice, then walked completely out of sight for about a minute and returned to the line with nothing added to the bowl and no visible ingredients in his hands. It was extremely strange and, frankly, concerning. The whole thing felt extremely off and unsanitary. Because of that, I threw the entire order in the trash —I couldn’t bring myself to eat it.
Over 45 minutes of waiting for an order that was already paid for, treated like I was the problem the whole time. No apology, no urgency, no basic courtesy.
Chipotle’s food and service have been sliding for a while, but this level of indifference and outright rudeness is unacceptable.
I’m done—I won’t be returning to any location

I guess I should have read the reviews because apparently this happens often. Placed an order in the app for pickup and got a little more than half of a bowl of food. And probably don’t even bother going on the app to tell them about. The response is essentially ‘we will tell our workers to make sure things are portioned correctly.’

Chipotle has gone down hill. High prices and the person added things to my order that I did not request. This could be a problem for people with food allergies. Since they added guacamole to my burrito, I had to throw it out. I hate guacamole and did not ask for this.

If you want great service and good food this is not the chipotle to go to. Aside from the cashier the attitude from the two ladies who served us was not pleasant. I ordered once from here before but this will be my last. Both ladies who assisted with serving the food behaved as if I wasn’t paying for the actual meal. The portion was 1/2 of what the normal portion should be so I ended up asking for double of the ingredients – the rice was the worst part it was practically mush. A waste of $20 for bland tasting food.
