We came on 4/11/24, when their credit card system was down. Thankfully we had cash & a gift card. They had clear signs on their doors stating cash & online orders only and they repeated it to everyone standing in line. We tipped well and were patient. One short man, in line after we sat down to eat, wasn’t patient. (I couldn’t hear the incident) He eventually apologized, and another customer gave them kudos for the way they handled it. The food was excellent! The workers were cleaning. Enjoy my photos!

Went here a couple days ago. It was pretty empty. The portion given was decent compared to the usual. I got half chicken and half steak. Meat was decent. Overall, I give the food 8.5/10 (because of the amount given. I truly appreciate it)

Today (10/16/25) 2:25pm. we had exceptional customer service from the front crew Tou and Tanaya! They were very accommodating, friendly, and made our visit such a great experience. Everything was fresh and made just how we wanted it. Definitely will be coming back again. thank you for the great service!

Thursday at 8:30PM. Kitchen was closed only option was chicken and white rice everything else they were no longer cooking! attitude on the workers was horrible, place was very filthy! Napkins all over the floor, forks and spoons all over the floor. Manager on site could really care less. So sad this chipotle has gotten so bad. I strongly suggest you call (if they even answer) before you make a drive to make sure they have any more meats or if they’re done cooking for the day!

We placed an online order for family dinner tonight and they forgot the chicken in my wife’s chicken bowl as well as the juice with my daughter’s kids meal.
Unfortunately we didn’t notice until we got home.
If you’re going to order takeout here, make sure to double check your entire order before you leave because their QA process is horrendous here.

I’d had a really difficult and disgusting day when I walked into Chipotle in Crystal, MN. Tou and Tanneo served me quickly and were very friendly. That bit of sunshine and kindness from both of them made my day a whole lot better. Thanks guys!!

Ordered the “Keithadilla” for the hell of it to see what the hype was about… let’s just say that I didn’t get what I ordered at all. The Keithadilla is supposed to come with steak, fajitas, corn salsa, sour cream, and the chipotle vinaigrette….I received a steak quesadilla and sour cream, no fajitas, no corn salsa, no vinaigrette. What is the point of featuring an item if you aren’t going to give the customer the featured item when they order it? Not to mention, the quesadilla I got was an absolute disaster. I made a complaint on the app and they gave me a reward for a free drink…what a joke.

Franchise locations running like this one are the reason Chipotle is a dying brand. Ordered the new protein sides thinking I’d get the same paper cup as the queso. They gave me a few pieces of chicken in the little plastic vinegarette cup. The disrespect for online pick up orders is wild
