Ordered 45 minutes before pickup. Food was not ready at the promised time took an additional 10 minutes. They hadn’t even started the order yet, so I said cancel it! I don’t want it! They were out of everything… they then said we are making your order right now, it will be a few minutes. I said again I don’t want it! cancel it! You’re out of lattice black beans and corn. They just made it anyway with pinto beans and spinach, hardly any chicken meat.

Always way too busy and filthy! Mobile orders are NEVER completed by their promised time. Employees are often rude about mobile orders. You have to ask for your order because they won’t use the mobile orders shelf. Employees get mad when you ask for your order multiple times because it’s 10 minutes late and it’s been sitting on the back counter for 15 minutes. No communication skills whatsoever with staff/ employees. None of the employees seem to know what to do to be productive or helpful. There’s trash everywhere, the garbage is overflowing, and the line is out the door. Figure it out. I love chipotle but this location has got some things to figure out. The only person that seems to care about their job at this place is the white boy with the braids. Keep being a leader!

Filthy, chairs missing cushions (just metal poles upright all over), garbage’s full to the brim, and the tiniest burritos you have ever seen. I would like to state that I wasn’t even remotely full after eating an entire burrito and I’ve always had leftovers. I would say that the price of the burritos these days at any location have shrunk to 1/3 of what they were 15 years ago. That, and they have more than tripled in price…Anyways, I don’t know what the problem with Chipotle is, no matter the location. It’s just disgusting, overcooked, undercooked, incorrect portions, etc. These ‘restaurants’, if you would even call them that at this point, are completely unrecognizable. I will never set foot inside another one of these places. Nope. No matter what. It’s a big shame too, because chipotle used to be a staple for teenagers and even adults if you wanted a decent burrito. Hopefully these places all close down. The public would be better off.

You need to hire more workers and if you can’t find people to work, pay more. Food was ok. Took 25 mins. Garbages were overflowing and someone smashed a burrito or whatever and left there trash all over as seen in the picture. It was like that the whole time I was there.

Workers have a great attitude and welcomed me in, great service and very nice employees. Food was AMAZING as always and the sauce spread across my burrito was perfect. Overall 10/10

Dirty. Messy. Dingy. One of the worst experience at a fast food place. You can clearly tell employees do not want to be there – no facial expressions no greeting no nothing. The kitchen was so dark and dirty. The food looked disorganised and messy. They couldn’t wrap our burrito properly so they had to double wrap it which still turned out to be super messy. They serve FROZEN corn. It made my entire bowl of food go cold and it was so unpleasant chewing a frozen corn without expecting it. I pulled the tab on Doctor Pepper and it gave out white clear liquid. I tried a few times before giving up. The entire place is a mess and their excuse it that they don’t have “enough employees”. It’s not about numbers of people, it’s the efficiency and their attitude. They had enough people to spare one person to be cleaning the tables. Do not go there.

Way understaffed and the longest line of the whole mall (maybe even longer than Disney World). Not many people in line, but it just takes forever (over 45 minutes!). The whole place is a mess. Garbage stacking up. No forks. Tons of food bins piled in the back. The workers are trying but they need more people here. This is a leadership issue. Hire more people and this could be better. On a side note, the food was good!

This is probably the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. The service is constantly poor. I get that expectations should be lower for it being at the Mall of America, but it’s extremely slow and the staff seems poorly trained. Overall the food is not bad, but they are extremely slow and it’s always a mess with the garbage overflowing.
