The service was prompt, and the ambiance was just right for a casual meal. If you’re in the east Hepenee area and craving some good Mexican fare, Chipotle is worth the visit!

I see the staff place the vegetables on the grill and leave them, never stir. All the charred vegetables end up in the bowl, makes the food taste bad. They need to be attentive when they cook food.

I’ve visited this store several times, and unfortunately, the portion sizes have consistently been disappointing. On my most recent visit, I politely asked for a bit more rice, but the staff member refused and served me barely half of what I’d consider a normal portion. It was a frustrating experience, especially considering the price. Definitely not what I expect from good customer service.

The food is generally good, but I order ahead because I have limited lunch time, and there is always a line for pick up because they do it wrong. People show up early, and then they make the person’s order early instead of telling them to come back when they are supposed to. That means the rest of us have to wait for that order to be prepared before we get our food that is already sitting ready.

Not really a big deal just found it odd. I requested brown rice and was told it was only for those who ordered online. Not sure if they were running low or something. If someone knows why?? They had some teens working there which is good experience for them. Food was still great, and enjoyed my food.

Horrible experience 2X. I placed an online order for pick up at 3:45. I didn’t walk out of the restaurant until 4:00. There was a very little line and several employees standing around doing nothing. When I said I had to catch a bus and needed my order the employee making my food decided to go even slower.
I sent a complaint to corp. and never heard a thing. For being a loyal Chipotle customer I am very disappointed in the service locally and at a corp. level.
