Honestly one of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve had.
When I walked in, I found out you could only order online, which wasn’t clearly posted anywhere ahead of time. That was already frustrating, but the inside of the store was a mess — trash on tables, food on the floor, and it didn’t look cleaned at all.
The staff seemed overwhelmed and were yelling back and forth across the kitchen the whole time. It felt chaotic and unprofessional. Orders were coming out super slow, and people were just standing around waiting with no updates.
To make it worse, when I finally got my bowl, it barely had any food in it. The portions were tiny — it felt half empty, especially for the price you pay at Chipotle. Definitely not worth the money.
This location really needs better organization, cleaner conditions, and proper portions. Not the normal Chipotle standard at all. I won’t be coming back

This establishment never puts fajita vegetables in the burrito bowls when I online order…. I am starting to think they are targeting me. It’s so annoying. Its not hard to read the order that comes in.

the food was blend, the service horrendous, and the atmosphere even worse. We ordered one burrito and one kids meal. the burrito was just ok, but the service was horrible. My daughter was trying to order and the server was looking at her with a impatient face. He was very rude and unfriendly. They also gave me the burrito without a bag or a plate. In addition, the place was filthy. I understand that the floor might be dirty because of the snow, but not everything. it was gross.

WORST CHIPOTE always out of everything, this time they had no forks, no berry agua freca. And they also closed down the front at 9pm when they are open till 11- they forced us to sit in the way back that only had table for 3 but we had a big group of 6, and on top of that they only asked us to move from the front after we were already seated and eating. Also I almost broke my teeth eating the uncooked rice

This Chipotle is incredibly dysfunctional compared to any other location. Is the staffing ineffective or something? I was told “online ordering only” when I walked in to order in person. Never seen any other chipotle do that.
If you can’t take both sides of ordering, maybe put in measures to slow down the online side?
Also, the parking is just awful here. If they could, I feel like building a spot just outside the Lund’s parking lot next door would be a lot better overall. More parking, more customers, more restaurant space haha

Some unfortunate news on this one. This isn’t bait. It is not my intent to get Chipotles attention for free stuff- I seriously don’t care. This is strictly a PSA. I ordered a few days ago and ended up getting the most severe case of food poisoning I’ve ever experienced. It was the only food I’d had the whole day. Ended up in a condition that nearly required medical attention. I hope the place figures out proper sanitation procedures going forward.

The workers were fine and i understand working in the food industry but the place was an actual disaster. The counters were beyond filthy. The sour cream was not even white. Is this food even safe to eat? Hopefully I don’t get sick!

Unwelcoming, and disrespectful workers. The staff is not willing to do your order, if you ask them for something they look at you with hatred. And it is not even the first time, they are always like this. Love Chipotle but not this location for sure

How disappointing. I have worked at a competitor and know how messy the line CAN get if no one cares Mgmt was always ready and on top of it to keep it clean, not happening here.

To go order, my food was set in the mess before being bagged…the bag was then set on the mess to the point I had to wipe the bottom. I did suggest the counter to be wiped down.

Visited the Wayzata location this week and was absolutely shocked at how filthy dirty it was. Everything from floors to tables to behind where they prep the food was next level filthy. It looked like it had not been cleaned in months. I was actually afraid to eat the food I ordered. What happened? It used to be a nice clean easy dinner on the go stop. Beyond gross!
