Came in at about 3pm, ordered a bowl with extra white rice, regular black beans, double steak, extra sour cream, extra cheese, and red sauce. They put a good amount of white rice when i asked for extra rice 3 times. They put two scoops of black beans when i asked for a regular amount of beans. When i told them i wanted double stake they only put me a scoop and a half of steak even after i told them that I am willing to pay 3 or 4 times the amount for extra steak, the steak was stiff and dry and looked like it was out for hours. They still charged me for double steak even thought I had a regular amount. They put a ton of sour cream which i asked for, i liked that amount of cream. They barely put a hand full of cheese, on my bowl even after i told them to put more/a ton of cheese and that i will pay extra if I have to for more cheese. And when they put the red sauce on i told them to put a good amount on because i like the spice, but they barely put any on. When i asked for a large bag of chips they gave them to me but inside the bag it seems like 50% of the chips are fresh and the other 50% are stale and have no crunch at all. I ended up paying $38 dollars for a medium soda, large chips, a regular bowl with guacamole, and a double steak bowl. If i am paying that much for a bowl or even offering to pay extra for my bowl they should at least give me a good amount of steak and a good amount of cheese. Very disappointing in how the employees treated me and my wife, making it a big deal on their portions even thought i am willing to pay extra money for more steak and cheese.

Not the worst Chipotle experience I’ve had, but definitely disappointing on multiple fronts.

My order was simple—Chips and Queso—but the execution was careless. The chips were stale and borderline inedible, and the queso tasted old, clumpy, and lacked flavor. To make matters worse, the bag was packed with zero attention to detail; the cheese container was literally tossed in upside down, creating a mess before I even opened it.

The service matched the food: immature and lacking basic customer service training. The restaurant environment also felt unclean and neglected.

With so many options nearby, this location needs to step up its game on freshness, cleanliness, and staff training. I expected better.

After receiving the wrong order the previous 3 times eating here, I gave them one last shot so I could try the honey chipotle chicken before it went away. Good news – the order was correct this time! Bad news – the bowl was about half full, even after ordering extra quantities on several things. It looked like someone might’ve already eaten from it. It was also cold. Really disappointing experience and I won’t be coming back to this location, and possibly not to any Chipotle ever again. Overpriced and underserved.

I’ve ordered delivery 5 times and only once has it come as ordered. I wasn’t going to post a bad review, but the last order sent me. I was working a long day and wanted to treat myself by ordering Chipotle. After opening the bowl, I was defeated. They didnt add any toppings, so my bowl consisted of only beans chicken and rice . Previous complaints were missing toppings and half portions.

Sad to see a chain i used to love go down the toilet. Portion sizes have been getting dramatically smaller as prices have been increasing. This particular Chipotle has never been good since the day it moved into the building when Taco bell moved out. Even the nearby Southbridge Chipotle is getting worse since this one opened.

Probably the worst chipotle location I’ve been to. I live in the area, so I’ve ordered from here several times over the years. There’s always been something wrong or missing with my order and the portion sizes are the smallest I’ve seen compared to other locations. You’re better off going to the other Shakopee location.

I would advise the district manager overseeing this restaurant to talk to their GM, and figure out a way to make online orders better. If you don’t have the items available, you should take them off the app so they’re not available to customers to order. It has happened multiple times now where I order online at night, and they don’t have any rice or meet or guac or chips. Sometimes they will tell you as soon as you arrive. But other times they don’t, so you don’t figure it out until you’re home that your order is a 1/4 of what you paid for. I get that people want to go home early and pre-close. But I would seriously consider not closing the kitchen so early so that you don’t run out of food every night.

Every time we go to this location all the table and floor and walls are dirty. This time a ton of ants are all over the floor under the tables. Employees could not speak English and got order incorrect, regarding an food allergy.

Food was fine, but don’t choose this chipotle for friendliness! I simply had a question about it ordering a side and the manager was so rude! Chipotle wonders why they are struggling, look at the environment of your restaurants. Employees are stressed and not empowered to make decisions.
