This is always the dirtiest Chipotle. I’ve never found a clean table to eat at. Recycling cardboard just stacked up on the garbage can. I’ve never used the bathrooms but I’m guessing they’re horrendous.

I live like 4 minutes away from this chipotle and have gone here probably over a hundred times but I will never go again now. I went in to get one bowl at 9:40 when they close at 10, the worker said sorry we’re closed but it was only 9:40 and all the food is still out. So I then ordered an online order to the same place so they had to make it. Which ended up making them have to stay open till after 10. I just wanted a bowl after basketball practice and of course the person there had to be to lazy to make it and save everyone a lot of time pathetic.

Never had bad experience with chipotle until today, 12th August 2024. As soon I walked in, it saw a young lady who served 3 customers by herself while other three shared something on their phones. Never do that in front of customers which is bad for review. Also, the girl they did my bowl steak, put very small portion. It’s almost half of what other chipotle or their employees would do.

We went in on Halloween specifically for their boorito like we did last year. It dumped snow yesterday so we ditched our original costumes for snow gear before we went trick or treating. When I went to order the lady looked me up and down and said I couldn’t get it because I wasn’t dressed up. I told her I was a snowboarder and she rolled her eyes and laughed. All she was wearing was a little headband with devil ears and regular clothes. In front of all the people she said “that’s not a real costume, you can clearly see I’m the devil”. It was extremely awkward, rude, and belittling. She went to get her manager who scoffed at me and rudely said they’d give it to me but not my husband because he wasn’t wearing a hat, just a coat. Really? At this point they had already lost our service. We left and took our kids to Punch Pizza instead where we could eat without being harassed. Also, the workers at Chipotle all heckled me on the way out as we left. There are so many better restaurants in this area, don’t waste your time going here. Staff is rude, it’s always dirty (which we always tried to ignore but from the other reviews, it’s true). If you want a good experience dining out, there’s a Five Guys, Panera, Great Greek, Hawaiian Poke, etc. all within walking distance. They’ll treat you like a customer.

The staff at Brooklyn Center chipotle are so careless. I got my food sloppy and soggy. I ordered three vegetarian tacos. I asked for black beans and pinto beans, pico cheese, and lettuce. Then I ordered a chicken and rice bowl with pinto beans, corn, sour cream and cheese.
I didn’t get the pinto beans on my tacos or the cheese, which is the most important ingredient. I didn’t get the salsa either that I ordered on the side and for the bowl I didn’t get the pinto beans or the cheese again the two main ingredients that make the food good.
Since the tacos were made sloppy, every time I picked one up, it would break and juice would just drip out from the bottom and all the ingredients would just fall out. I was so disgusted.
On top of me ordering their organic lemonade they just gave me a regular fountain drink lemonade.
I’m definitely never going there again. The fountain drink area is so sticky and moldy looking. I wouldn’t dare ever drink a foul drink from there, you might get sick.

We picked up 3 burrito bowls, a kids meal, and chips/queso.
The rice in the bowls must have 3 times the amount of lime juice recommended for a yearly intake. Either that or they used the lime that was meant for the chips in the entire store, since the chips had none. Oh, the chips had no salt either.
I know these may seem like minor issues to some, other than they basically ruined our entire meal, since the bowls are not edible.
If there appears to be vapor rising in the photo, it is not heat, most likely the lime juice venting.
On the upside, the kids meal was fine, but then again, it’s tough to screw up a tortilla, some chicken, a mandarin, and a juice box.
This place sucks!

Both bowls are entirely wrong. One has no corn, and one has no lettuce when we asked for extra corn and lettuce on both. One was supposed to have red sauce, but there was none. They are always wrong.

The fajitas were soggy and old. They put the soggy, old fajitas on top of fresh ones when they restocked. Yuck. The guacamole was brown, and the salsa person mixed it with the new container of fresh. Yuck. When I told him it is a shame that he is putting the brown guacamole on the fresh, he said, “That’s what they tell us to do.” The food counter had food all over it. The employees were rude. There seemed to be tension between them, and it felt uncomfortable. They also incorrectly billed me for a serving guacamole, and when I asked them to correct it, I got the stink eye and no apology. There appears to be an extremely low standard of quality and professionalism at this store.

This Chipotle is making up their own pricing policies with no back up when customers ask. After waiting for 10 minutes, of waiting, I finally was able to go order. They gave the tiniest scoops of rice and when I asked for more they told me they would be charging extra. I asked since when was this a policy and they refused to tell me. They only told me that they would charge for extra rice, cheese and sour cream. I’ve asked chipotle about their pricing policy in the past and they have told me that no extra charge for extra rice UNLESS it was in an extra container, which it was not. Rice is a really cheap grain- charging extra does not make sense. The way this was handled by the “supervisor” was poor- I ended up walking out. Maybe they made only a certain amount of rice and didn’t want to make more for the rest of the night. All I needed was back up information so I knew I was getting what I paid for.
Chipotle: if you are going to charge for everything extra, then that needs to be consistent between your website, your menus and your stores. Separate stores making their own choices to “portion control” is beyond me!
Honestly, I won’t be back. It’s a scam.
