Jasmine did an AWESOME job pulling together our order for Chipotle Lane pick-up! We had several unique requests and Jasmine had everything packed to perfection – that definitely doesn’t always happen… As soon as I gave her my name, Jasmine made note of the special orders before I even had to ask! I had a fantastic experience at this Chipotle! The restaurant was spotless, and the portions were generous. The management and staff were incredibly welcoming, which made the visit even more enjoyable. The chips were fresh and perfectly salted—some of the best I’ve had! Although I live closer to another Chipotle, I’ll gladly make the extra 15-minute drive to come here instead. Highly recommend this location!

Horrible service! They took 20 minutes to make one quesadilla, cheese and a tortilla, that’s it. The workers at this store do not care at all, they look completely annoyed at everyone and treat customers poorly, quite common in almost every chipotle store

Placed an online order for pickup about 1.5 hours later. Arrived at least 5 minutes early and all of the food for 4 people was cold.
The burritos were not burritos, but were balls with ingredients in them. This made it difficult to not get a mouthful of a single ingredient, rather than a bit of each ingredient.
Won’t go back.

I picked up my order at 1:03pm from the drive thru today. Whoever made the chicken that day, at that specific time needs a raise or teach everyone else how to cook the chicken. That was the most flavorful, juiciest chicken I’ve ever had at any chipotle, including this one.

The food was very good even though they were out of what I wanted. I was at the end of the lunch time frame, so I understood being out of the item that I wanted I could have waited 5 – 10 minutes for it to be ready. I was hungry and wanted to eat quickly as I had an appointment.
