This was a terrible customer experience involving me
1)waiting in the restaurant while employees were standing around with no in store customers watching as the online order station drowned in orders,
2)my order taking 30 min past the order time to be ready(again with employees with no customers staring at me while I waited),
3) the order being wrong requiring me to drive back and
4) then the store manager blaming me saying “ you should have opened up all the bowls before you left”. There was not even so much as a “ sorry that happened”
I left my house with an online order placed at 4:50 and finally returned over an hour later with cold food and no apology. I know it’s just chipotle but this seems below even fast food level of customer service. I would advise you to drive 10 miles out of your way to avoid this particular location. I certainly don’t need a cold burrito bowl that bad and will skip altogether next time.

Never going back to this location. 0/5 stars. Unbelievable!!! I’ve never seen a place with this many negative reviews on google. Apparently corporate or the manager doesn’t do anything or care. At 12:30pm on a Sunday (open since 10:45am) no white rice, no veggies, no guacamole, no forks, and no ice in the ice machine. So you pay full price but don’t get all the options. One section of the dinning room still had chairs on the tables from the night before. Was told only three employees came in. Obviously no leadership. On-line order customers were leaving after 45 minutes and not getting their food. Beverage station and floor a mess. Terrible, terrible, terrible!

So very close to 5-stars. I’ve been here 2 weeks on a row now. I had a lovely burrito. The Honey-Chipotle chicken is amazing. The guacamole is to die for. But then you get chips, to go with the guacamole, and both times I have been to this location, the chips were at least from the day before, if not from two days before.
You guys do everything so well. Can you not incorporate a way to sell fresh chips?
This would complete the package.

I made a mobile order and they completely forgot my chips and the guacamole on my bowl that I paid extra for. I was also waiting for it to be made way after the time the app said it would be ready by. I am very disappointed.

Well looks like I get to join the group of people who will never come back here again. This location is filthy, there was a small child (2 or 3 years old) pushing a mop bucket behind the counter next to the grill. Food all in the child’s hair. There is food everywhere. Glass is disgusting, counters/food surfaces haven’t been wiped at all. Then there is the service. No great greeting as I remember of this establishment. Multiple employees just standing around not helping customers or cleaning. Person who helped me needed training and couldn’t wrap the burrito. The just kind of folded the tortilla over and attempted to wrap it in foil to no success. Chipotle corporate should be addressing thos location. This all falls back on management. There is a serious lack of accountability being instilled in the employees by the manager. Again I will not cone back to this location. I reccomend you do the same. A few photos of the food I received should explain the experience. Boo Chipotle!

Rating this specific chipotle because it is exceptionally worse than the other locations. I have gotten rotten guacamole one time and the manager tried to challenge me on it. Then I went back today for the first time in a long time and the bag they put my food it was wet on the bottom, so when I picked it up to get out of my car, it broke through the bag and spilled all over the ground. I went back and they remade my order, but this remake wasn’t what I order and was a soup like consistency and looked nothing like the first bowl, I would know since I had to clean it up off the ground. Just go to a different location.

There were at least 5 workers there and it wasn’t busy at all yet the store was a mess. Chipotle use to be my favorite place to eat but all the stores throught minnesota are always dirty and makes me not want to eat there this was my first time in 2 years and ill continue to stay away.

We web ordered and picked up. The employee was rude when asked a standard question about adding an item to our order. When we got home, not only were we missing two entrees out of six but two entrees that we DID receive intended for children had the spicy salsa on them (not ordered by us) and most looked like the below photo.
I tried calling three separate times hoping to be able to pick up the missing entrees and all three times I was disconnected before speaking with anyone.
I tried an online complaint but the BOT system is worthless.
