Service is good, usually clean in here. This is my home Chipotle stop and have had a few issues with being overcharged and/or not receiving items. Will continue to keep coming here since food and service is good, will just have to be more cognizant of their shortcomings and double check payment/food orders.

The same male employee who works in the back near the order pickup area is consistently rude, cold, and dismissive. This is not a one-time issue, his behavior is a clear pattern. I did not see a name tag, but he is an Asian male with a small ponytail.
On Wednesday, I came to pick up a prepaid DoorDash order. He immediately told me that “someone already picked it up” and refused to help, even after I showed proof that I had not received my order. I explained multiple times that I did not pick it up and asked if the order could be remade or refunded. We went back and forth at least ten times, with him repeating the same statement instead of offering a solution.
It was clear the food had been taken, but it was not by me. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he spoke about me to other employees and treated me as if I were lying. Only after continued insistence did he finally remake the order and he dropped the bag on the counter in front of me without any apology or acknowledgment!
His attitude is unwelcoming and disrespectful. He seems to be very unhappy with himself or his life and takes it out on customers, which makes the environment uncomfortable.
I also want to point out that at many fast food locations, it is common for people to take random pickup orders from shelves. This is a known issue, and I believe he is aware of this. Despite that, he still chose to be dismissive and unprofessional rather than help resolve the situation.

I ordered my food on the mobile app for pickup. Paid for extra portion of steak which the quantity was small The steak was chewy and overcooked horribly. The rice was dry and crunchy. The only good thing about my meal was sour cream, cheese and lettuce on my bowl and the Pibb Extra I got. Service was horrible asked the guy with a mustache about my meal and acted like it was such a big deal when I was asking about my food which took a few minutes. Then I checked the bag and my cup was not in the bag. When I asked for it the guy behind counter acted like it wasn’t part of my order and no communication. I get better service from the bloomington Chipotle off Hennepin Town Road. At least the customer service and food is on point. DO NOT go to this Chipotle. If I could give 0 stars this place would earn it.

I used to love Chipotle but I haven’t been here in a long time & now I remember why. They definitely have changed as far as the quality of food & the only reason I am giving it 3 stars is because the steak was pretty tender & the new outside patio @ this location is wonderful! The patio serves multiple restaurants. If it wasn’t for that I would of never ate inside or outside at this restaurant because it was unsanitary. The staff was inattentive when serving & checking out & she was chomping on her gum. It was very unpleasant to say the least.

I did a Moblie order and picked it up and we were getting ready to sit down to eat I saw an insect in my food. I took everything back to chipotle to get a refund and showed them the video and instead of getting an apology. I was told “thank you for letting us know”

Perhaps the negative reviews reflect a different manager because Nick, the manager during our visit, was exceptional. He made the visit with my three daughters the best I’ve ever had at a Chipotle.
I normally split a few burrito bowls with my girls, but he did it all for us. He went above and beyond making sure we had napkins, forks, and tortillas for everyone.
It was such a blessing I actually went back in to take pictures and leave a review.
