I had a steak bowl tonight and the food itself was good—fresh and flavorful as expected. However, the overall experience at this location was really disappointing. The restaurant was filthy. The dining room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all day, and the restrooms were downright gross. It’s clear this place is lacking leadership. They need a manager and shift leader who actually care about cleanliness and customer experience. A little effort would go a long way here.

Love this location! Often times on the week day evenings it’s the same young boys that work together, they seem to be in good spirits and work together well. I wish I knew their names but they are generous with the portions and serve us well. There is always a huge stack of extra supply in the corner of the restaurant that’s a little funny to see, not too much seating inside but we often take it to go anyways so doesn’t bother us!

I’ve gone here many times over the years since it’s the closest location to my house. However I usually will drive further away to another location because every time I’ve ordered brown rice from this location it has been crunchy and hard and the food is overall never up to the standards held at other locations. You would think over a 2 year period there would be one visit where the rice has been perfected, but no. I’m leaning towards forever giving up on this specific location.

I come here alot as its close to work and the food itself is not bad usually. The people working on the other hand can be soooo rude. They are so mad they have to work, its not everyone.
Today the woman on the line said “I heard you what else do you want” in a very rude tone…when she hadnt even put the topping on the bowl. Then proceed to put the wrong topping on my bowl after being rude. Giving every customer a rude look while shes topping your food.
I walked in smiling, and left wondering why people work in customer service if you cant be nice.
This has happend quite a few times here in diffrent scenarios, thats why im finally leaving a review.

It seems they are trained to distract you so you don’t notice that they put almost no meat or premium toppings on your burrito. Tonight we ate what were essentially rice burritos. We’re done with Chipotle.

Stingy alert when you order double meat you expect two full scoops not one scoop and one half scoop. I ordered a side of queso for $3 and they give me half a cup and when I said can you fill it to the top they say that’s how much is supposed to come in it. I’ve gone to many Chipotles and they always feel it almost to the top half a cup is not the right amount. I’d recommend trying another Chipotle not the Champlin one seems like they take the portions here like it’s coming out of their own pockets

Rice was hard and under cooked. Everything that should be hot was cold. Someone up there really likes onions. They had so many onions in the pico and guacamole all you could taste was onion.

I’ve been to a lot of chipotles around the country and this is hands down the worst one I’ve ever been to. I’ve ce once every 6 months or so cause usually I swear off it as long as I can till I have a craving. But Every. Single. Time. Every table is absolutely trashed. The bathroom is disgusting (when I went today it looks like someone either vomited or defeated in the urinal). My burrito always falls apart after two bites, and it usually takes me till I’m half way through trying to eat it till I find the protein that I paid for, even if I get extra. The rice is always overcooked, and everything is criminally under seasoned. I’ve even gone there once when a person that was obviously from corporate was there talking to the “manager” and the restaurant was still in absolute shambles. I will never be going here again, ive said that several times but after today I’ll just make it at home.

This was one of the last “good” Chipotle’s in the area. Getting a normal portions of anything like rice, meat, cheese, lettuce etc. is like pulling teeth. It’s like they are scared to give normal portions, and it’s new employee’s working every week. An end of an era unfortunately…
