So I have been to do many different Chipotle locations and this was the worst ever. There were 3-4 people cooking food, one person doing orders on the store. She was EXTREMELY RUDE, I felt like we were bothering her when I asked for more corn and more cheese, I had a veggie bowl so that shouldn’t be a problem. The rice was cold like out of the fridge cold, I didn’t dare get beans because they were working a hard surface because they were either burnt or very old. The store was a disaster, stuff all over the floor, and the soda station was so sticky it was disgusting, I didn’t even want to take the forks they provided. I’m not from this area and when I come back to visit I’ll drive the extra ten minutes to Monticello’s location I’m sure it won’t be an inconvenience to get someone extra corn on a veggie bowl. Very disappointed in this location. We did say something to the young man who rang is up that she was extremely rude and he said he’d talk to her. So thank you to him.
UPDATE! I wrote my review before I had a chance to really eat more, the rice was so cold and watery the bowl was starting to leak threw and it was so disgusting I had to go get a new one. I went thru the drive thru and spoke to the same young man the rang is out the first time and he was so nice, made my bowl perfect. He’s awesome! So then we get back and my daughter opens the guacamole and all I could do was laugh, we don’t know what is in it but I attached pics of the guacamole she my perfectly made bowl.
Ok so the chips I’ll do a video this is my third time editing this review. Whoever owns this Chipotle location, you need to retrain your staff on food quality, customer service before your restaurant gets shut down for things or you close because no one should go thru this experience ever. This is completely Management failure at all levels.

We received the saddest service sizes at this location. This blonde kid with long hair and glasses was giving us half scoops of everything. I asked for a little extra and he basically said no that the serving was the serving. Incredibly frustrating when I come to this place at least once a week and know what a bowl should look like. We paid 30 dollars for 2 bowls chips and Guac and he gave us 1/4 scoops of guac and half scoops of everything else.

Let me preface this by saying that I don’t leave bad reviews, ever. If I have a bad experience I generally just assume that’s it’s just people having an off day and don’t say anything of it. However, as a chipotle lover, and someone who has not had the opportunity to have chipotle for a very long time, this experience has heavily affected my view of the company as a whole. My friends and I went around 6pm, and they were out of the protein that I had wanted, and the very kind gentleman who was serving me was confused by what he was supposed to do. There was this other employee who was working with them who had told him to just scrape the bottom of the container, which did not even amount to half of the portion size. My friends had noticed, but I did not want to make any waves by saying anything, but by the time I was paying my friend had asked if I could have more portion in my bowl. Now, this doesn’t sound too bad, but the female employee had come up to the register and asked what the problem was, to which we just repeated that I was wondering if I could get more protein in my bowl because I didn’t get a full portion. She got visibly upset, and started asking if we “think that’s funny”. By this point there were people staring and other customers coming into the restaurant. The general manager came up and told me that he would be able to get that for me, and that it was a pretty normal request. We went to go sit down and the general manager came up to us with a new bowl-which we did not ask for-and told us that we were causing a problem for them. He walked away in a huff, and went back behind the counter, where him and the female employee were visibly talking about us.
Never in my time of going to chipotles, have I had this bad of experience. The worst experience I have had was simply too much sour cream, so this was something else entirely. It would be my suggestion that certain employees from this location have some serious customer service retraining.

I’m not one to leave reviews generally even negative ones, but this place was genuinely really disappointing. I came in with my friend just to order a bowl, white rice and sofitas nothing too crazy. When ordering the young brunette gentleman was very respectful. However when it came to putting the sofitas into the bowl, they were clearly out. A light brunette woman came over and told the gentleman that there was enough in there to make a proper portion size. The gentleman scraped the sides coming out with not even a full spoonful. Mind you when making my friend’s bowl, when she asked for extra chicken, she received multiple spoonfuls. My friend was also surprised by the portion size I received, hence when I was paying, she asked if my bowl could recieve the proper portion size. The light brunette woman came over again, and asked what the problem was. I was in the middle of paying, when the woman looked at me, and said “you think this is funny don’t you, you think this is funny”. I looked up from what I was doing, and said excuse me. The woman continued to harass me, until the general manager came over. The general manager asked what the problem was. I responded with the same request my friend had made. The manager said that they would make the portion fresh, and went to go make the food. However after coming over to give us the portion, he claimed that we’d given them a hard time for something that was a seasonal special. Firstly, someone came over to us and gave us a hard time. Secondly, the food item requested is not a seasonal special, and is available year round. Thirdly, suggest this location addresses some of their employees, that clearly seem to carry their emotions to work with them. Instead of taking out on the customers who requested the portion size that they are paying for.

Ordered on mobile. Got there and they were making the order over 12 minutes late. Printer didn’t work, so I had to show them the order. Lettuce had black and slimy pieces of spinach that i had to pick out, which was MOST OF IT. Overfilled my bowl with massive amounts of rice, barely gave any meat. Gf ordered barbacoa AND steak, they gave a half-assed serving of barbacoa and no steak whatsoever. put all condiments on the side in tiny cups, any “good” lettuce was basically just the white crunchy stems, out of the ~8 chunks left. Massive waste of money, everyone on shift tonight needs intense training or should be fired, and the place should be shut down for health inspections, considering the quality of the “lettuce.”
NEVER, WHATEVER YOU DO, GO HERE. Pick ANY other restaurant or chipotle, even if you have to drive further. Actually get your money’s worth, not this garbage.

I placed an online order arrived at my pick-up time told my order hadn’t been started and they didn’t have the ticket they found it and then made me wait for 15-20 minutes before telling me they couldn’t make my order because they were out of rice. Service and food quality was already pretty terrible just wanted something semi quick on my way home and I stopped going there after they messed up the 2 orders I placed a few months ago said well maybe they’ve figured it out. It appears they had not and it’s even worse. It’s one thing to not be able to make my food it’s annoying but whatever but to waste my time on an order that should’ve been done and then make me wait to just say nvm we can’t do it after I’ve spent 30 minutes of time since the order was placed waiting is just disrespectful. Don’t bother it’s one of the worst chipotles I’ve been too food quality wise and there’s not even a guarantee you’ll get it lmao.

Been there 4 times, hoping it would get better. All I can say is Yuck. This last time there were 14 people working that I counted, a manager walking around doing I don’t know what, and every table was dirty. Their area where they made our food was incredibly dirty and the area where we paid was even worse. Plus the chips were not fried all the way! They were bendy and when I asked for new ones, they handed me a bag and it was the exact same! Do better!! Someone spent a bunch of money building the nice new building! The place shouldn’t look like this!

Genuinely never go here, especially if you’re getting a mobile order. Food tastes good, but will only give you half a bowl. Never filled or to the correct proportions. Never go here if you don’t way to pay for overpriced food in tiny amounts. They also took 30 minutes.

I stopped in after a long day at work looking forward to getting a burrito bowl 2.5 hours before they close. They were out of chicken and I politely asked if any more was coming up. Short, skinny female worker wearing a hat working the line said something very quiet under her breath not even looking at me, I asked her to repeat it, she looked up and yelled no at me. Taken back I chuckled lightly not believing how she yelled at me, I asked if carnitas. Still in awe of what happened I politely asked what time they were open until, she shrugged and said she didn’t know it’s not her business. At that point I said forget it I don’t want to eat here anymore… the food line was disturbingly dirty, definitely wouldn’t pass a food inspector being there. And to management that hire people to represent their brand and store, please do better, she clearly hates her job. I will report this to corporate too since these reviews largely go in resolved from what I can see.

All I can say is AWESOME!! My food was delicious.. the customer service was fast, friendly and there was a positive energy. Went here on 8/16/24 at around 7pm. It was slightly busy but the wait time to order was only 10-15 minutes. The dining area was clean. The outside tables were clean. I had the Chicken Al Pastor in a bowl. I would highly recommend this meal. The guacamole was fresh and flavorful. Actually all the fixings were fresh. A few of the workers were making new sides to have ready when the items got low. I hope the positive energy continues. I will be a loyal customer and I recommend eating at this establishment. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!!!!
** I read some of the negative reviews and just keep in mind they have only been open 2 weeks. No place is always 100% perfect. All places will have a not so good day sometimes. We’re all human and all we can do is our BEST.
