I’ve often had a consistency problem with other chipotle locations, quality can change drastically depending on the day, but this location has been great so far. Portions were solid and workers are nice.

food was as expected. a little cold but still tasty – customer service in the other hand, exceptional! super nice people and i chatted with 2 line employees and i think the manager for a solid couple minutes. super cool people and seem to really enjoy their jobs!

Figured it’s been about a year since I came to this location at Ridgedale Mall and for the most part things really haven’t changed. First and foremost the dining area was absolutely a mess with just about every table dirty, full trash cans, and a unsanitary beverage area. I believe there we’re between 6 to 8 employees working and they just seem to have tunnel vision for sanitation and front of house standards. In fact the table that I sat at allowed me to watch every customer’s reaction that planned on eating in the dining area as they would proceed and then stop and look around wondering where they’re going to sit. The water dispenser on the beverage station sticks when pressed. While I found the employees and manager respectful and professional and enjoyed the food quality at this location, in contrast, the issue I’m having is that Chipotle’s products for the most part are fresh and in order to work around fresh food requires high sanitary standards.

came in this afternoon around 3 PM. Right away, I noticed a worker taking an elderly ladies order right in front of me, I witnessed him slamming utensils and also being very passive aggressive with this lady. After her, I was next up and I got the exact same treatment from him. I’m super unsatisfied and highly disappointed to be approached like that by worker. This was a Light skin male with a ponytail. Horrible service on his end!!

This Chipotle had the most exceptional customer service I’ve ever experienced. I came around mid day and ALL of the staff were extremely nice and mannerable and very attentive. I can’t just say one specific crew member because my overall experience was great.

Food was good but my burrito was made by a nice girl who clearly wasn’t trained on burrito building. Couldn’t eat it without a fork. Might as well just been a burrito bowl but had to do it without a fork, in my car, in a flimsy tinfoil wrapper. Not fun.

I’m a huge fan of Chipotle, really appreciate the hard work the team puts in at Ridgedale Mall location. I know it can get hectic, but I’ve noticed inconsistencies, like portion sizes and the cleanliness at the soda station.
