I visited here for the first time and was surprised at how little food I got. Mind you, it costs the same like the other Chipotles I’ve been too, there is just less food. I got about half, no more than 2/3 of what I’ve gotten at other places. They scammed on every ingredient, even the lettuce. I was so disappointed, especially since I was meeting up with someone here, and was the one to suggest this location. It was a little embarrassing. I would not go again. I do not recommend others doing so either.

I had a decent meal quality wise (barbecoa bowl) but I was pretty unimpressed by the service. The staff seemed to be very uninterested and/or unhappy to be at work compared to other fast food experiences I have had. No significant issues but little actions such as saying “we will be right with you” or “thank you for your patience how may I help you today” would go a long way!

This location is horrible. I have brought up issues to cooperate that continue to be ignored. Someone is going to get sick from eating here. Today I visited and the place was a complete disaster. All the tables where dirty and in major need of a wipe down.

I came to try the new chicken. It was good. My problem is the don’t have all the menu items. Peppers and onions are my favorite part. Then when I ask for more of something else on my salad, I get an up charge. The table areas are a gross mess. Floors have food all over. Trash is full. I would understand if the place was busy. It’s not.

I waited 15 minutes just for a bag of chips and side of guacamole. The staff is lazy and don’t work well together. Eventually a member of the clean team helped me get my order.. it isn’t even her job to help the counter! This location is terrible don’t ever stop in.

I walk in to this store around 3PM there’s absolutely no customers in the store and I saw about 7 employees just hanging around. I go up to the counter to order they don’t have any white rice and don’t have any black beans. They mention it’s going to be a long wait for that. If it was busy I would understand but wow terrible crew here. I won’t be coming back.

Met my expectations for Chipotle quality. Staff are friendly and the restaurant is kept clean. I have had issues in the past with small portions, but after a few months it seems to have resolved itself. This location does get busy during the lunch hour but the line is definitely bearable in the evenings. Great food as always

The reason for the poor review is the customer service. Girl dishing out the food was rude and kept rolling her eyes. She misunderstood me twice which is fine and it happens. The extra attitude is not necessary. Guy at the cashier was nice. He’s the only reason I’m not giving this experience 1 star.

Poor customer service. They keep messing up my order by forgetting to put in chips or a topping. Most recently they didn’t even have a key topping ready by restaurant hours even though they had like 8 people working.. everyone seems to have bad attitude as well. Stay away from this location! Unprofessional!

Evening staff need some supervision and training. Very poor customer service, employees on the line texting while every table in the place is dirty and garbage cans are overflowing. Employees not listening, several customers had to repeat requests multiple times. Woman running the cash register was paying zero attention and tried to ring me up for another order that wasn’t mine. When I explained that to her several times, she gave me a snotty attitude and no receipt. Employee in uniform but off the clock was hanging around the dining area with her boyfriend taking advantage of her employee discount apparently. Inapproproate PDA in front of customers. Dirtiest Chipotle I’ve ever been to.
