This is hands down the dirtiest and worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to & my little guy is a big chipotle fan so I find myself taking him all over, we go a few times a month. The cross contamination in this store is insane. There was steak in his fajitas, cheese in his lettuce and corn in his rice. The counters and floors and bathrooms have not been cleaned in… I don’t know how long. The counter they prepared the food on was also extremely dirty. The worker who prepped my son’s food touched his hat multiple times without changing gloves. The entrance is a huge slush pit over an inch deep full of water. I would really recommend skipping this location and not looking back!

There was a dead bug in my burrito. Not only is this disgusting in general but I am pregnant so this is highly concerning to me specifically. The manager did give me a refund and said I will get a voucher next time I come in but not sure how I will get that as he only received my first and last name.

I placed a door dash order for pickup. When notified that it was complete, I went inside. I asked the cashier if it was ready. They pointed to the pickup shelf. While my order was behind them. I ended up waiting 45 minutes. Before another employee asked my name and retrieved the order. Thanks to the employee who came from the back. If not for her I’d have probably waited longer. Shame on me I suppose.

Filthy!!! You had 5 People behind the counter with 2 just watching the others when they could have been cleaning the dining area and windows. Most of the food was out, so they had to run back and go get it. One guy was wiping off the left over droppings at the serving counter with a dirty cloth. The entire restaurant area had food on the floor along with napkins and straws. Also, when walking out, I had seen the windows that looked like they had not been cleaned in over two years! Gross. You better hope your location does not get listeria from being unsanitary. Never again!

Always out of everything. If they have some left it’s low so they give you a third of the normal amount. Better yet they look at the disposed of canisters to see if they can eke a little more out.

If you want to see what it looks like when you don’t clean or empty trash. Or maybe you want to try multiple salsa mixed together or maybe want to see what type of bacteria could be growing under the drink area . I have a spot for you! Any chipotle in Woodbury. Seriously it’s something out of a documentary on how not to clean. I have never seen anything like it. Well actually the other chipotle in Woodbury. Updated: 2/21/26 I was hopeful that something has changed, but it still is so filthy. All you need to do is look at the front doors to go in. The rest is the same. Chipotle is my favorite, but I can’t in good conscience help sustain something the owner doesn’t want to solve.

The messiest Chipotle I’ve ever seen. Every table had food crumbs on it, the garbage was over flowing, The food line had various food all over the counter where they make our food… even where u pay, had food mess. They also ran out of lettuce, which I get that can happen, so that is the least of my worry. The cleanliness of the establishment makes me not want to eat there. Image how dirty things are in the back. I almost was going to offer grabbing a rag and wiping down all the tables.

I had the burrito. The burrito sits so long as it goes down the ingredient line that it is cold by the time I get it. Ingredients need to mix together. I get a bite of meat then a bite of rice. Meat has decent flavor though.

Food and service were fine, although the portions continue to get smaller as the cost skyrockets. Every single table was filthy and the silverware was completely out while the napkins were almost out as well.
