Think twice before ordering from the store. I also recommend paying attention to the unclean areas around. Unfortunately, their service is very slow as well. I specifically chose the online order option because I didn’t want to waste time standing in line, but even though I told them, I’ve been waiting for 15 minutes and no one is preparing the orders. I guess since they’ve already taken the money, they don’t really care.

This was my first visit back to this location since about 2021. Service and cleanliness had gone way down and and our family (myself and 3 adult kids & spouses) stopped going here. This time I was pleasantly surprised that the service was great and the staff was attentive and hustling. It seemed they cared about what they were doing and actually trying to do a good job. The portions were good (chicken/barbacoa bowl) and ingredients were fresh and taste was excellent. I only had a couple small pieces of “grizzle” in barbacoa meat.

Just left without food. Line wasn’t bad – 4 deep. Problem was that while an older lady was helping prepare people’s food, a younger guy stood there at the cash register watching. No customer is at the register, mind you. Just standing there watching. No effort to perhaps help his co-worker with the line or ask for help from the back. Perhaps they were short-staffed. Understandable. But no excuse to wait by a cash register instead of helping prepare the food for the people in line. I haven’t gone here in person in a while and I was reminded why

Pls don’t buy from this nasty Chipotle. The staff has bad attitude. I paid for my Chipotle online and I went to pick it up they told me it wasn’t ready and the next thing knew another customer came with a order in his hands. They tried a give me the food the customer brought from his car. When I ask for a refund they refuse to give me my money back.I asked for a different food they took the old food and brought it back claiming they changed it.The heavy set dirty lady at the front was very rude. Very disgusting place. Nasty staff, nasty food.

Last time I came here they forgot the guac on my bowl. Contacted support through chipotle app and they gave me a free guac coupon to remedy the mistake. Next time I come in and try to use the “free guac” coupon, the Girl at the counter couldn’t figure out how to ring it up properly. Asks the manager for help and he takes the guac off the ticket. But then refused to give me it because I “didn’t pay for it.” Even though we’re all gathered there staring at the “free side of guac coupon on my phone.” Incompetence at the register and an incompetent manager IMO. I came here to leave a review, and I see that this chipotle location has 2.7 stars. So I guess I’m not the only one with problems. Never seen a manager just not give a shit about having a satisfied customer before. Especially over something so small as a coupon that’s failing to ring up properly on THEIR end. Oh well. I’ll take my business somewhere else next time.

They’ll give you corn salsa for free as a side, but they’re “not allowed” to add a scoop of it to your quesadilla. The manager didn’t know why, just said they couldn’t.
I imagine this is a corporate directive to avoid a Starbucks-style problem of excessive customization holding up the line, but there’s a big difference between adding a scoop of something on the assembly line, that they’ll separately scoop for you anyway, and having to run around for different syrups or gathering niche milk knockoffs. A misguided policy, mindlessly executed.

This place has made a huge comeback with me over the past year or so. I’m assuming they have new management, because now I get my orders quickly and they’re correct. Staff has also been really helpful and professional in the past year. Hats off to the team for whatever changes have been made!
