I just can’t take it anymore, 4 times in a row I’ve been here recently, just the past few months, and it has been bad every single time. I always rationalize and say maybe it was a bad day shit happens. This just isn’t the case here and I’m a very patient and understanding person– we all have worked hard jobs and it ain’t always easy with food service. Here are my experiences for those 4 times.
1. Ordered hard shell chicken tacos– got a burrito bowl instead but didn’t know until I got home. It was 50% sour cream and had only a pinch of chicken.
2. Ordered food for my family and inlaws, 4 of us, everyone threw their food out– undercooked rice, over salty chicken, all of our food was ice cold (I picked up the order as it was finishing and live only minutes away). We are not picky people and don’t like to waste food but this was too much.
3.Ordered food for my wife and I and boy let me tell you it was just gross. Carnitas burrito bowl had hard rice, 50% sour cream, only a pinch of meat. Chips stale with the guac (had to use my own chips), Chicken hard shell tacos with two having barely any meat and the 3rd having ZERO meat– rice also hard. All the food was cold.
4. Today, thought I would give it a shot as it has been a month– Got my usual hard shell chicken tacos. Rice goes in, chicken goes in but barely any, she dumped an ENTIRE spoonful of sour cream into one taco and didn’t even flinch. Also preceded to not only fill the rest of the tacos but also dressed BETWEEN The tacos. Every single taco was drenched in sour cream to the point of MUSHY shells. I couldn’t even salvage them one bit and when I took a bite it was clear that I couldn’t get the excess sour cream flavor out. As I tried to get that flavor balanced with a mouthful of chicken, which there was barely any, it was SO salty I swear someone dumped a pile of salt on the chicken bits– so much salt it could almost make you gag. Now I’m beginning to question if the chicken was even cooked enough because I was finding some squishy gristly which tends to only happen if the chicken is raw or undercooked (the fat didn’t meet temp to render).
I’ve just had it, this place is absolute garbage. No smiles, no eye contact, no care. It has been a rollercoaster for years now with this location and I cannot handle the amount of incompetence. It is only a matter of time before a serious food issue closes this place for good from health code violations or something even more serious. I’ve wasted enough money here; I’m going to taco bell instead because at least I don’t feel sick even if the food is subpar. You should all be ashamed for the lack of quality control and portions. The amount of 1 star reviews in the past year is absolutely pathetic and shows exactly the type of consistent bad management and work ethic that is just plain ignored. I could go on and on, but there are other reviews that can speak for many other aspects (don’t even get me started on the dining area or drink/condiment area).

This chipotle never seems to be operating right. Stopped in at about 6pm on a Tuesday and they didn’t have any chicken or steak currently prepared and were in the process of grilling it, resulting in a very long line. I did not learn this information from an employee, I learned it from another guest in line. Rather than wait at this location that I tend to have poor experiences at I drove to the apple valley location and was in and out in about 2 minutes. Really wish this location wasn’t the closest to my house, but I think I will just be skipping it and going to the apple valley location from now on.

HORRIBLE experience! I was on break for lunch. I picked up my order, brought it to my truck and when I got to work, picked up the back from my driver seat, lifted it a cross my lap and everything fell out the bottom! My passenger seat was covered with grease and taco sauce! My kakis were covered with the same, along with many other parts of my truck and floor! Very enjoyable afternoon at work with salsa all over my pants! I went back to the store to talk to the manager. She was great. She replaced my food order and said someone would call me back regarding how to address what happened. I received a voicemail from someone, I assume from the regional management. Called them back 4 times throughout the next week. Its now almost 3 weeks later and have not had a call back! I will likely never go there again. I talked to another guy at the restaurant that said it has happened to him before. Disappointing to say the least. I get crap happens but offer me something for having to shampoo my seats/truck and work all day with salsa stains all over me!

Paid $24.92 for a burrito(just regular steak, no extras) and chips and salsa for delivery. Very expensive but ok it’s expensive to get food delivered. My burrito was wrong and my chips and salsa were missing. When I filed a complaint their resolution was to put a free order of chips on my account . Um really? When I asked for a refund for food I didn’t get and a burrito I didn’t eat because it was wrong(and gross), all they would offer is a BOGO burrito. I explained that I don’t want another burrito, let alone 2 burritos from that place. I asked for a refund of at least the cost of the food even if I have to eat the delivery cost. Nope. Not only terrible food but terrible customer service at this location. After reading other reviews, I now see it was a mistake to order from this place to begin with. Buyer beware.

This place is disappointing.
I ordered a double steak bowl. With about only 10 cubes of steak. They filled the sides of my bowl with a bunch of cheese to make it look “full”. The rice is in clumps which makes it look like there is rice there it’s not. It’s all clumpy which makes the bowl seem like it’s full.
I paid $22 for a bowl, a drink and a side of Guacamole.. this is beyond baffling.
The place is always dirty.
Do better.
I gave it an extra star just because the girl that gave me my order was actually nice and ready to help out a customer behind me.

I hope this order wasn’t not goes wrong again why do I say again the reason because I was getting a replacement for the savge location but Today I was just going to the next door to going to shopping and then that’s why I was going to pick up the this location but after I was done reading though the review oh my goodness . Its was so crazy low rate but after I was done walking into the store and then I was realizing oh my goodness my order is ready but everything is a mess even though the drink station is need to be cleaning up for sure and then they’re need to clean up everything even though the floor. this is the best Chipotle I’ve ever been too. The environment, lights and seating options are the most unique I’ve seen. Going in all the team members were happy and joyful, they’re very nice to talk to and down to earth. I’ve also never been that full from a chipotle meal before, so thank you to these awesome team members, i’ve never enjoyed the environment of a chipotle this much until this location and I am so grateful for visiting it, staff should be recognized for their amazing service
