From the Chipotle I go to with my friend this was a big improvement. We were in the area and happened to stop in to grab a bite. The food looked fresh (again compared to where we are used to go to) and they gave you good portions it seemed like. Only thing was the employees ignored you. I will say the place looked pretty clean and they were wiping tables when we were there. I’m not a fan of Chipotle food but I just go there with my friends since they like it.

This location consistently misses items on my order and when I ordered their newly advertised “high protein cup” it came in a dinky guacamole cup with an amount of chicken that wouldn’t satiate a toddler. What a joke. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This is my son’s favorite restaurant so we celebrated his 24th bd here. Great food reasonable prices this day in age! Nice place for intimate or large gatherings!

I came in for dinner and there was a small line of people forming, with one guy making all the orders. I saw 3 other employees just standing around talking, not helping at all at first. The guy assembling orders was really struggling to remember who ordered what because he had a sizeable backlog of food just sitting half made on the counter. Then the group of employees who were just standing around decided they should get back to work and struggled to figure out what they should all be doing. The whole thing looked really disorganized. I received probably the bare minimum amount of protein possible in my burrito, with the other 90% being beans and rice. When it came time to roll my burrito, he pretty much rolled it into a ball. Is there a responsible adult that works at this location? When I got to eat my food, the whole thing tasted old, like everything had sat out too long. This location has no quality control or portion consistency at all. I came in at 4:30pm, so not quite dinnertime but close enough that my food should not have been stale like it was. Idk why I keep giving this place a chance, but this will be my last visit.

My bowl from here tasted fresh I have no complaints. The barbacoa did come in huge hunks of meat in my bowl I had to break apart but I actually prefer that because I feel like they gave you more meat that way and it still tastes good.
In my honest experience at every chipotle, they skimp you a little bit when you order online. I always go into order and they give me good portions
Overall, they are still one of the only places that makes fresh fast casual food, so much better than the small portions places like Panera are serving these days. I also have tried Qdoba and in my experience chipotle just tastes fresher!

Doordash driver. Not busy. Walked in, waited about 5 minutes before getting a text the order was done. I saw the guy in the back bag it up. Sonits just sitting there. 3-4 employees proceed to horse around at the clock in station. Order still sitting there. Guy in back just standing around, NOT bringing my customers order up front. So I ask the girl at the counter who has seen me standing there. ” ill check in a little bit”. Nobody there seemed too interested in getting that food out. So thats fun. My time is my money, so thats why the one star.

This hunk of…meat(?)… took up half my bowl. I was so disturbed by it that I couldn’t get myself to eat more. Unfortunately, I couldn’t request a refund on the app because I already got one for the missing queso, stale/cardboard-like chips, and incorrect guac size. I rarely write reviews, but management needs to be aware of the quality, or lack thereof, of food that is being served. So disappointing.

Tonight was my first time eating at this Eagan location. I’ve never had a better Chipotle experience. All the employees were working hard to crank out both the online and in-person orders, they showed good customer service, and they didn’t skimp on portions. Shout out to the crew working the evening shift on 12/8. They deserve recognition! I’ll probably make the drive down from St Paul more often now.

DO NOT ORDER PICKUP OR DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION unless you want, incorrect/missing items, sloppy presentation of said incorrect items, and lousy customer service. This location constantly continues to send out incorrect food to people for the years I’ve been hearing about it but I’ve had enough of giving this location a chance. I’m not one to write negative reviews, in fact, this is my first! But the attitude of the workers having to do the basics of their job when I bother to go in is astonishing when it’s followed up by incorrect orders!
This is not my first burdening issue with this location but today they got all 3 separate entree orders wrong while having the correct stickers on the items! The incompetence of the employees at this location is so miserable that I’m not quite sure how higher management hasn’t stepped in, considering how uptight corporate has gotten. If you unfortunately suffer a common yet burdening issue at this location, don’t expect general customer service to do any justice. I got one free drink reward for 10+ dollars I wasted on items I didn’t receive yet paid extra for.
This is the worst chipotle in the area so please, save your money and go to one of the other 20 taco/burrito places in eagan!
