Super dirty.! They don’t clean up after themselves on the counter. Floors and bathrooms have been so bad. I have left. The lack of ingredients in laughable. They are always out of something. For me today. No salad dressing. The blend was broken. This is what I was told.

Real classy establishment
1. Got there at 5:10pm, they were out of fajita veggies and said that weren’t making more for the night (they close at 11pm)
2. Some locations don’t allow for extra rice anymore but I depends on the specific location as they are franchised. If you order extra rice on the app they *should* still honor it. Just so you know.
3. It took 20 mins to get thru the line, there were 3 people in front of me. At some point they just walked away from the toppings area and left everyone to wait which is why it took so long.
4. My tacos were cold. Like chilled. I don’t know how they did it. They brought out new meat so maybe it was straight from the fridge? Since they didn’t seem to want to make fresh ingredients. Even the 20 min wait would have only cooled down the hot food not chilled it.
5. I called corporate to complain because this is about the 4th time I’ve visited this location and have had a complaint everytime. Corp said they would address these issues. Not super impressed and certainly not confident that anything will change.
6. This place sucks. Go to the one by Walgreens instead.

S/o to the whole crew for this moment right here, we had ordered steak tacos and a steak bowl and there are no pictures so please take my word for it, those were the best steak tacos I’ve had in my entire life, each one was on point, and all the individual ingredients equally as fresh and generously proportioned. I couldn’t have imagined a better experience! Thank you all so much! I am a conscious consumer and I believe in creating circulation around the experiences that truly make an impact! While the food here is usually pretty yummy and above the usual standards, the customer service leaves something to be desired. The workers prioritize online orders, which makes the in-person line progress at a snail’s pace. A majority of the workers clearly hate their job and don’t want to be there. When I come in the evenings, the usual cashier is extremely rude and even rolls her eyes at the customers! I was also pretty grossed out to see a worker on his phone in the kitchen the last time I was there. There’s two employees who are consistently pretty nice, though!

This Chipotle is not good. I ordered pickup for a burrito in the chipotle app but when I got home I found my burrito had no sour cream and no guacamole even though guacamole is an extra charge of like $2. The rest of the burrito tasted fine and was warm. But it’s sad to see that most of the Chipotle locations across the twin cities are bad.

I am next in line for my CHICKEN bowl and an employee walks up to make their own bowl. She is deciding what to get with another employee and says, loudly and with zero awareness of her surroundings, “the carnitas are too spicy and I won’t get the chicken, I do not trust how it was cooked”. WHAT DO YOU MEAN?!?!? And if that wasn’t bad enough, when I ask the cashier for two bags of chips that are literally right in front of me, she refuses to sell me them to me because they are for “online orders only”. Literally go ANYWHERE else. This place is HORRIBLE and probably going to make you sick based on what I heard tonight straight from an employee.

When I got there, there was only like one person getting their food in front of me or they already had it made their order and they were working on it and there was like numerous employees around doing other things, but I stood there for like probably five minutes before somebody even took my order and then I don’t know it wasn’t what I was used to at chipotle. I ordered delivery through Chipotle.com from this store, food arrived 3 hours after ordering, it was (obviously) cold and I had already cooked something else for my 3 kids for dinner. I tried calling the store 3-4 times and got a busy signal each time. They contract with DoorDash. The first door dasher said they didn’t give them the order when I contacted them. Then another dasher shows up and drops food off 3 hours later. Completely absurd. Terrible system. Don’t order delivery from this Chipotle.

The service is awful. Super slow and none of the employees care. The line was to the door, no one was at the counter and half the food items were gone. When they finally did come back there was no sense of urgency to get times stocked as 8+ employees continue to wonder around the kitchen area.
Update: Thought I would give them another try. Went in at 7pm on a Friday night. There was a small line and the restaurant was mostly empty. At the counter they were out of Fajitas, Lettuce, and Guac. When I asked they said they weren’t going to have any more for the night. There were two people in the Kitchen area, but nothing was getting prepared. No one is managing the store and ensuring they have topping available. Don’t bother visiting if you want to customize your food.
