I also had the sour cream scraped from the bottom of metal bowl and I got sick after eating less than half! Yuk!!!! On Monday, Feb 23rd, I almost slipped on 3” ice by front door! The whole parking lot was rutted with unplowed ice from snow 5 days! prior! I mentioned something to serving staff because manager was interviewing in eating area and he blamed the plow service. I’m sorry, but this is a poor reflection of management!! If you don’t want slip and fall lawsuits, pay someone to clean up walking areas…and clear the parking immediately after snowfall! Better yet, put out yellow caution tape and bright orange cones stating “store is closed due to laziness”

I live in South St. Paul, so I usually go to the Chipotle off of Robert Street, but we went to this one tonight. The store was clean, the staff was nice, but I’m honestly leaving the review for whoever was managing tonight. He let his staff do their thing which was great, and then in between times of people ordering, he was telling them who’s breaks were coming up, he was delegating job duties, and he was stocking the line without being in the way. It was just very organized and smooth, and I think yall should be really proud of you team

I have now placed several $500+ catering orders from this location and on 2 of those occasions they have been some of the worst service imagninable. The first time the order was not ready when promised and took an additional 45 minutes to be completed with no apology or explanation for the cause. It took almost 3 weeks email communication with their corporate customer service to even get an acknowledgement that this wasn’t good customer service. I gave them another chance because our employees enjoy Chipotle food.
This past week I placed an order again for over $500, catering was wrong. We were shorted on chicken, hard taco shells, and toppings. We ordered for 40 people and were only able to feed about 30 with no one hoarding food or taking extra. We also ordered 2 orders of catering size chips costing over $100 and didn’t receive them or the salsa. After talking to the customer service (again corporate level because the location wouldn’t answer the phone) I was told the chips would be refunded. A week later they emailed saying after an “investigation” we were given our chips. The only reason that is true is that we drove back to the restaurant 30 minutes later to get the chips again with no apology for the inconvenience to us.
This location is poorly managed and catering is not reliable. You will never get what is ordered or be able to talk to someone local to get resolution. Avoid this store for catering and don’t waste your time on them if you expect customer service. If ordering food, watch every step of preparation or it will be wrong!

I want to like this store but I feel more often than not; they mess up on the order. Today they charged me $3 extra PLUS I’m pretty sure I got the kids size chips. I tried to call them but got sent to a bot. Then I tried to get a hold of someone online but it also sent me to a bot and since I didn’t get a receipt I couldn’t be helped by the bot. Wow Chipotle, way to have amazing customer service. Attached is how many chips we received, normally it’s 3/4 the size of the bag.

Ate most of my burrito and bit into a rock and chipped a tooth. Got pictures of it and contacted the restaurant. Now I have to take a day off work and pay a dentist to fix the tooth. Chew your Chipotle with caution!!

This was hands down the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we were being served, it was clear they were giving us the bottom scraps of multiple ingredients. At one point, an employee removed the sour cream pan and scraped the bottom to serve us, which was disgusting and completely unacceptable.
When I calmly spoke up, instead of handling the situation professionally, the manager became hostile and began yelling at me in front of other customers. The manager repeatedly shouted that it was “BOGO”, as if I personally made the corporate decision to run the promotion. Being yelled at over a company-wide promotion I have zero control over was absurd and inappropriate.
The situation escalated further when the manager threw our food away and acted in an aggressive and intimidating manner, making the environment extremely uncomfortable.
What makes this even more upsetting is that just minutes earlier, I had returned a phone that was left in the bathroom, which turned out to belong to a panicking employee. Despite showing basic human decency and helping their staff, I was treated with complete disrespect.
This entire experience was humiliating, unprofessional, and completely avoidable. No customer should ever be treated this way for raising a valid concern about food quality, sanitation, or service.
I will not be returning to this location and strongly caution others. Management at this store clearly needs serious retraining in customer service, food handling, and basic professionalism.

If I could give you guy’s a zero I would. Almost every time for the last year this store has been complete shit. I just payed 17 dollars on door dash for a chicken bowl that was supposed to have extra rice and this is how it looked! Looks like extra sour cream and nothing else.

I ordered my man a burrito bowl online, asked for white rice, chicken, beans, sour cream and cheese. They filled his bowl like halfway full, hardly any meat, maybe a single grain of rice in the entire bowl. I paid 10$ for cheese. Basically. It was so bad I wish I could give it a zero, but that’s not possible, so I give them a one

There’s a manager there who is generally rude and makes me uncomfortable when I come in due to him just kind of being a jerk and having a nasty attitude. There’s a few kids on the night shift who have messed up my order several times while I’m standing right there and one threw an attitude when he had to remake my bowl after rushing. It’s only the staff during THIS shift, every other time it has been pretty pleasant. This manager has only ever not been rude to me once when I had to come back twice to fix a very simple mistake his employees keep making. I’m at the point where if I see this shift working I’m going to walk out. Like I just want a burrito bowl, I don’t understand why the experience has to be so miserable and uncomfortable when I try to be as polite as possible as a food service worker myself. I would have been canned on the spot.

Updated review…when this place opened it was the best chipotle I’d ever eaten.
But now, it has devolved to the point of being as disgusting and inedible as the rest of them. It looks like my toddler made this bowl.
Edit: I appreciate the manager remaking the order correctly. He was very cool. But it sucked having to drive back. If you eat here, you should watch them make it. If you aren’t there to oversee the construction of your supper, you might end up with a bowl of disappointment.
