The quality at this location is subpar. My wife and I ordered similar burrito bowls, except mine was more like the consistency of a bowl of soup. A trace of lettuce, very few beans and lackluster rice. Also, the guacamole had a big piece of avocado skin within. Never again coming here.

I’m not surprised to see all of the negative reviews for this location. Blonde girl with arm tattoos and nose piercing (if I remember correctly, I eventually decided to avoid looking at her face or making eye contact because of the way she was acting) is extremely rude for literally no reason at all. You don’t wanna work, you’re having a bad day, I get it. However, you applied for the job, you work there, that is completely your choice. I did nothing to you so talking as if you’re irritated at the fact that you have to make the food (your job), and letting it be known that you don’t want to be there (nobody cares) is so unnecessary. If you lack decent customer service don’t get a job that requires you to have customer service.
She just threw the food into the bowl and it’s not like it’s a rush day so there was no point in doing that at all. And when it was all done, she just pushed the bag towards me without looking up and walked away. You genuinely suck and seem like a terrible person.
Update: Just looked in the bag and realized she didn’t even close the lid of the guacamole all the way, so it spilled out.
My advice to the store is that you guys should fire her before she makes you look even worse than these reviews already do. 0/10 just close down at this point.

So bad. Went in tonight instead of ordering on the app. The floors are filthy. I have been in 20 chipotles across the country and not seen anything like this. The food was gross. All 5 of us threw it in the trash. It just didn’t taste right. Chipotle is the best. This location happens to be the worst. **UPDATE 7/27/2025, it is still terrible. They forgot our daughter’s bowl, my burrito bowl was 80% rice and almost no chicken. The guacamole was sour and didn’t look right.

It’s chipotle! I’ve had some inconsistent experiences elsewhere. I was a little worried at first since the staff were young and casual, and the place was pretty dirty at night when I arrived. But my burrito was delicious and well-made. They were pumping out food. I’ll be back!

This Chipotle is a bit of a hit or miss. The portion sizes are consistently small, with half scoops that barely fill the bowl. If you ask for more, you usually get some attitude in return, which is frustrating. The staff isn’t the friendliest, but at this point I’m not sure what I expect from this location anymore. The food itself is fine, just like any other Chipotle, but the experience definitely isn’t the best.

The food wasn’t prepared correctly unfortunately it was extremely tasteless, and my steak was so tough I couldn’t bite through . It seems as though the employees don’t want to work there sitting on their phones and as a customer walking into a dirty lobby with trash over flowing a store should never get to that point. I haven’t been to this location in a long time so I figured they would have shaped up since then but unfortunately nothing has changed. I hope for the best for this location, you guys just can’t get my support.

I tend to get more food/larger portions if I go in compared to if I order DoorDash. But it never fails … the chips are stale EVERY time. It’s really disappointing, because I keep trying this location because it’s the closest to me, and everytime it’s stale chips and extremely salty

The food is always delicious, and the portions have always been generous. The only thing I’ve noticed at some locations is that cleanliness can sometimes be an issue tables may be a bit messy or disorganized. I understand this is often due to other customers rather than the staff. Overall, I really enjoy the food here and will definitely keep coming back!

Ordered a chicken burrito. About 4 bites into my burrito I noticed the texture was weird and taste was off. I opened it up to find some type of mud/grime in my food.
I went back to talk with them about the issue; my last concern was replacing the food. Primary concern was that when I had picked up my online order, they put mine on the shelf at the same time as they did 2-3 other bags meaning that there could be others who experienced what I did. When speaking to the staff, they admitted to the lettuce not looking correct earlier when serving and preparing food. Nevertheless, they still served it instead of throwing it away or at least having another co-worker/manager/supervisor review the lettuce.
I’ll let the photos speak for themselves, but this is dangerous and out right gross. Worst part was when talking to the staff and even supervisor about it, they didn’t seem phased and it was almost as if it were a normality in their workflow.

Stopped in and they had no cheese, really with 2 grocery stores in close proximity?!? Cheese was offered to online orders but not to walk in customers. The store was not that clean with tables messy.
Very disappointing was trying to visit the store and now I do not have trust in trying again and this reinforces the reason not to visit.
