Did mobile order for 12:15pm, arrived to the drive thru with 6-8 cars waiting. Ended up going inside 6 minutes later after no progress. The line was so bad because the 1 person doing mobile orders was slower than a turtle, and sometimes went missing. Stood in the lobby for 10 minutes before being talked too, she said “it’s not ready yet” turned her back and that was my detailed update.
Ended up having to leave due to time, but management needs to hire better staff instead of this (I’m slow, you can wait and I’m gonna just ignore you) that attitude and work ethic is trash.

In the lobby was told only to do mobile orders because there safe was getting replaced. Thats fine. We make the order. Conformation on app says its finished after 15 mins. No sign of order. Then a line forms and they start to make orders as normal. I final ask for my order and it was just sitting in the back the entire time. Hello. If we are going to only do mobile orders have a system that works instead of just the workers standing around and staring at us.

Probably the worst Chipotle in the whole twin cities. The chicken was burnt and the portions were so small. The restaurant was so dirty the we had to eat in the car. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

Love the burrito bowls. I had chicken al pastor, steak and fajita vegetables mixed. The spicy chicken made the combination even tastier. Staff were friendly and did was fresh. Will go again.

I placed a mobile order around 10 PM on February 21. I went to go pick up my order through the drive-through lane and I politely greeted the employee. The girl just looked at me and gave me a dirty look. I gave her my order name and then she didn’t understand what I was saying so I had to practically spell it out for her and then she turns around and grabs a bag and practically throws it in my face in my vehicle and didn’t say one word not a thank you have a nice night or nothing. I’m very angry by the way that customer service is not even a thing in the year 2026 and it’s utterly ridiculous

The food was what I expected, but the service and atmosphere was not good. There wasn’t a clean table in the restaurant and both forks and napkins were not stocked. The cashier threw my water cup down on the counter in front of me – didn’t hand it to me or set it upright on the counter. The same worker threw a bag of food at another customer who was picking up. The other workers were pleasant, but all in all the place seemed very disorganized.

Customer service must not be a thing anymore. All the employees look like they hate there jobs. They never have enough of anything made and ready for the dinner rush. Floors are not swept. Nothing is stocked. I would rather travel to a different chipotle and hopefully get better everything!
