Ordered for pickup, 4 bowls with sides of chips and a burrito. The food was stone cold when we got home after a 10 minute drive, and all of the chips were missing. 2 of the four bowls were missing items (and one had LITERALLY a half cup of sour cream, even though we didn’t want it on that bowl) and one had several extra items that were not a part of order…. I am sure no one will believe the absurd amount of sour cream, so I included a picture of it- fork for scale.

I placed a pick-up order for 10 items but received only 5. Of those, one item was made with incorrect ingredients, and the rest were noticeably lower in quality—particularly the rice—compared to what we’ve experienced at other locations. This was especially disappointing as the order was for my mother’s birthday, and due to time constraints, we weren’t able to return to the store to address the issue in person. While the phone wait time was frustratingly long, I do appreciate that they ultimately issued a credit for the mistake.

Let me tell you guys loud and clear, do not go to this location. Appleton is much better more established and gives good portions and is fair. I’ve come here 3 times in the last week and a half and this by far has been the worst experience. My bowl looks like garbage there’s absolutely nothing inside they gave me the smallest portion and this has happened the two other times as well but I tried giving them a chance. There’s only 2 workers I see that actually care but the rest just put as minimal as humanly possible. I’ve been to so many chipotles around the country and my hometowns chipotle never do this either. Will never be coming back and I recommend to anyone thinking whether the drive to Appleton is worth it or not and it is.

The day after New Year’s and a Friday at noon so the line was super long inside and out but the hard-working staff at Chipotle in Neenah kept us moving along smoothly and with a smile. The food was delicious (my personal favorite chain fast-food Mexican place ) & they carne asada was tender and juicy. Chimichurra sauce spicy and fresh. Definitely at the top of the (Mexican fast food) chain!

A year ago, I decided I would wait a few weeks from the grand opening to let the employees get some experience. Although I love chipotle elsewhere, the reviews for Neenah have never improved. What’s wrong with management or the owner? I thought other nearby Mexican style restaurants would be harmed by Chipotle but it seems chipotle is the loser. I guess I will never know firsthand because the lack of review improvement tells me what I need to know- I will stick to places that care

Honestly first time visiting this Chipotle in Neenah and not a very good experience 1/8/26 walk in workers were sitting down we get to the front was told out of steak meat chicken only enough for one bowl so no double protein the place was empty sad environment to be honest very disappointing especially on a Thursday around lunch time. Absolutely the WORST chipotle I’ve ever been to. Being from Denver I was super excited to get one in this area. If you want a little bit of meat and really brown old guacamole with stale chips, this is the place for you! The service is terrible the food is awful. Just skip this trash hole.

This place ain’t gonna leave anyone with a good experience. Poor very very slow service, all the food in trays was down to almost nothing, no queso at all almost no guacamole left and half the soda machines didn’t work or fresh juice/lemonade machine was broken or out and dirty. every table top was dirty. There should be a sign or verbally tell people before ordering there is no queso and almost no guacamole. Food was super bland. Wasnt worth it and made it really hard to not just walk out without paying

Horrible! So so slow! Plan to wait at least 10-20 min longer than your mobile pick up order time. Staff is not friendly and even lied about not having chocolate milk so she didn’t have to walk back to the cooler to grab it after I was just inside and saw tons of chocolate milks. Actively avoid this location and go to Appleton instead.
