Nothing was cooked. Everything was ice cold. The cheese wasn’t even melted. Three tacos and a burrito bowl. I’m talking about the meat was cold. The rice was cold. the beans were cold. The fajita vegetables were cold. Packaging on burrito bowl is smashed in not by the driver very clearly. Size of guacamole was ridiculous for the price.  Attempts to call the store directly only lead to a corporate number where they told me that they couldn’t really do a thing because it was a DoorDash order. I will never eat here again.

I had an awesome experience thanks to Sierra and Sienna! They put together two amazing burrito bowls and a perfectly made quesadilla, and everything was spot-on. The ingredients were fresh, portions were generous, and the bowls were built with real care.
Both Sierra and Sienna were friendly, upbeat, and clearly took pride in what they were doing. It’s always great when you can actually taste the effort and attention that goes into the food. Huge thanks to them for making the meal exceptional — they definitely deserve some recognition!

Service was HORRIBLE, food was not presented well and when I requested brown rice girl replied we don’t have brown rice. I followed up with do you have more in back-she replied ummm ah NO! The employees were loud and almost obnoxious bantering chatter amongst themselves -I felt like I was an inconvenience. The chips were stale! On a positive note, guacamole was good and the cashier was pleasant. Dining room, good luck finding a clean table

Was excited to order a perfect all ingredients dinner bowl with the honey chicken. But when he came to the cheese bucket, it was empty, and he said as an excuse they had a fundraiser today ok and guacamole also empty so asked a couple times is there not more? Then comes the fraud. At check out, the cashier said it didn’t work and asked me to do it again. I did and went to eat my dinner, then checked my credit card app, and sure enough, I was charged 2 times, but the 1st was for 25$ so I went to the counter and the person asked me to dispute it with the credit card company I disagreed and then comes the let down the people next to me paying for dinner have cheese and guacamole on their food, yes they replaced the empty ones I felt double ripped off can’t recommend it

What a dump. Only came here because we had a gift card and left completely irritated with the staff and environment. It should have been an easy process as we online ordered so when we came to grab the order, none of the staff acknowledged mine & my husband’s existence but when they did, it seemed like we were the problem asking about our online order. We did however, come a little early so we didn’t mind waiting but had to look for one of the few clean tables in the place. As we were waiting 2 other customers came in and we watched them stand around at the front counter waiting for the employees to stop arguing on who had to take their order. Eventually we got our order because we looked up and it was chilling on the rack already, not a big deal but we did talk to the worker making them and didn’t realize their memory lapsed with the 3 customers they had in the building. Just a ton of overpaid, unprofessional, lazy workers standing around in a filthy, mid restaurant. Save your time and just go to Qdoba instead, even if the Chipotle is free. It tastes better, has more options and significantly better staff.

Staff ignored us and were messing around with eachother instead of helping customers. My burrito was made sloppily, with contents all over the outside of it. I don’t know what was wrong with the food, but the rice was very hard and crunchy, and my stomach started to hurt a few hours after and I got very sick and was glued to the bathroom. Tore my stomach up for a day and a half, I do not recommend this chipotle unless you wanna have to take Pepto bismol tablets like gummy bears. RUN!!!

If I could give negative stars I would. The only thing we got correct with our order was the side of guacamole. We ordered 2 burritos and got those as bowls and we ordered 2 bowls and got those as burritos. The salad we got had NO LETTUCE. Not sure where these people are from but around her we put lettuce in our salads. We also got the wrong salsa put in a bowl and a lot of lettuce put in when we wanted light lettuce in the burrito. When I tried to call i got some automated thing to talk to. I wanted to talk with an actual person but that wasn’t even an option. So we drove to the restaurant and when I talked to the lady she wasn’t very helpful and didn’t seem to care. All i wanted was a refund but of course she couldn’t help with that. She gave me a number to call to get a refund and after being on the phone for a while and barely being able to hear/understand what she was saying and being told that I might not get a refund because there wasn’t enough wrong with my order they finally gave me a refund.

I ate here on 3/29/2025. I was up all night so sick with food poisoning. Do not eat here. This has been a terrible night.
You say this is concerning, but the manager I called today did not care at all and had no sympathy. It has now been 48 hours since I ate at your restaurant. On Sunday night, I was in the ER. That’s a $500 co-pay. I was grateful for their help, but I sure wish I would never have come to your restaurant. While we were there, my wife and I witnessed one of your workers drop a container of salsa on the floor and pick it up and put it in a bag to go. We joked about that. I wish I would’ve taken that sign and thrown my food in the garbage immediately.

Today was my first time ever at a Chipotle and it will definitely be my last.. let’s start with the fact that in my bowl everything was cold? The meat the rice everything.. also I told the guy making the bowl it was my first time and asked a few questions, he seemed annoyed and frustrated at me for taking to long. Then I get to the check out and two bowls is 33$? Are you kidding me.. let’s just say the food was honestly nothing special and the service was honestly horrible.. I dont like leaving bad reviews but when your spending that much money at least make sure the food is warm?
