I got the steak burrito with queso and guacamole, huge burrito with little flavor. The steak was overcooked, chewy, and bland, very little queso for what you pay, and I literally found two big pieces inedible guacamole – see pics. The employees are nice but quiet and seem to only want to interact if absolutely necessary. It was not a welcoming environment and coupled with the food and poor quality we will not return. Line was a mess too but I can get that could get messy with a rush.

Stopped at Chipotle tonight and it was packed—but the line moved fast, the food was fresh, and the team was genuinely smiling and courteous. That’s something you don’t see very often in fast food anymore, and it was honestly refreshing. Great energy from the staff and a really positive experience overall

My only complaint about this place is if you order food online from them. They are so stingy with everything. You ask for double meat I swear they put even less. Which is why I refuse to order it her way anymore. And they’ve made it where it’s not even worth ordering two different meats because there’s maybe one piece in or the other. But if you go inside they really take care of you! No complaints there. Just be careful when you order a pick up order.

This Chipotle was descent. Bathroom toilet was broken and there was debris everywhere. Food was good. We had a better experience than most judging by the previous reviews. Seems like Chipotle leadership need to help this establishment out a bit.

We ordered 2 bowls with extra chicken. Yes they were busy and working hard. We were waiting on rice and chicken. When we got home, meal had no taste or seasoning. Worst part, we gave most the chicken to our dogs, very chewy and fatty. I’m sad cuz it used to be better. The employees do a good job but food is not up to par anymore.

The food is typical Chipotle, good. Variety terrible. They were out of white rice, steak, and sour cream. Store is filthy. Food prep areas were covered in food a debris. Dirty nasty store. Staff distracted and not engaged. Save yourself the trouble with this location and drive over to mall drive.

I ordered online for the Chipotle Lane and waited past the scheduled pickup time. When I arrived, I continued waiting, yet my order still had not been started. During this time, I watched multiple customers get out of their cars and receive their food before mine was even being prepared. Nearly 30 minutes after my promised pickup time, I went inside to ask about my order, and only then did someone have my food ready.
This is completely unacceptable and defeats the entire purpose of ordering ahead. If I were a CEO, I would be absolutely furious with how this franchise is being run right now.

I typically order my chipotle at the Eau Claire Gold Road location and have never had an issue with my order. Today it was more convenient to do a pickup order on Clairemont for my family, I picked up my order and made it back home before opening my bag. Reviewing my order, the portions were extremely tiny. One of the burritos looked like it was from a kids menu and the salad was about a third of what it should have been. I tried resolving the issue through the app and then by calling the store, the phone number takes you to the Chipotle call center and the representative told me there was nothing she could do except inform the restaurant for future customers. This is extremely frustrating and there has been no help from Chipotle to resolve this issue.

Ordered on the app. Waited in the chipotlane drive up for 28 minutes to get my food that was done 30 minutes before that. There were 5 vehicles in front of me. The burrito obviously was cold, the rice was hard, no guacamole like i paid extra for and the shell was crispy bot soft.
