I used to never have any problem with this place. But the last few months have been awful. If I order chips, they are really greasy or stale. The guac has been horrible and today really irritated me. I literally had a full half of an avocado. That was my “guac”. Come on. How did the person not notice this. If I’m paying extra for toppings, I expect what I’m paying for. I hope I can change this review at some point.

Chipotle offers consistent fresh food. It is rare I don’t get what I expect. I find the atmosphere less appealing as it is always loud and it is common the trash cans are over flowing.

Walked in at 3:30 pm today and stood in front of 4 employees who Gen Z stared at me as I approached the front to place an order, with 0 communication or customer service skills until one of the girls said what do you want at 3:40. 10 MINUTES before being addressed is wild LMAO then she got upset when I asked for a tortilla for some reason. The rice is burnt. Proportions are horrible and the store smelled awful. Teach your employees how to properly run the place before a health inspector comes to shut it down.

I have issues here every time I go, I will no longer be returning to this location. The food was not made correctly, and there were random pieces of other food mixed in that did not belong in my order along with huge chunks of onion and pepper. The chips were extremely stale and not edible. The chimichurri sauce was almost entirely oil.
Bring up any issue and they’ll give you a run-around instead of refunding your order.
