First time I’ve come here to eat, and it’s the last. The staff is 10 out of 10. Nothing to say about the staff. They treated me very well. However, the food doesn’t have much variety, unlike Qdoba, which is a considerably better place to eat. It bothers me that they don’t give me trays to eat on. I think this is bad because you leave everything dirty and then the staff has to clean it up, which isn’t right. Also, the nachos don’t come with the bowl like the competition. I wouldn’t return to this place. Despite this, the staff treated me very well.

She very fast.
Star off is just because she was the only one working, it made us wait 10 minutes to order.
So they need 2 people on deck so people can get there food and go.
Chicken was spicy then normal. Usually little kick but this time was a bit to spicy.
All and all. It was always good. Just somethings i figured id mention to hope for a better service next time.

Just ordered Chipotle through doordash and it was awful. My Burrito bowl was so light I thought it was empty until I opened it. For the price of your food, I was 100% robbed of the amount that SHOULD have been in my order. $16 for a steak Burrito Bowl that wasn’t even half full. Food was at my house in less than 20 mins and it was cold so its not in the delivery person. Do better

Everything was just meh. Staff wasn’t rude, but lacked charisma. Food was lackluster and cold, staff was serving out of bagged pans 2 hours before close. Chips were bland, no lime flavor whatsoever. No ice in the soda machine, had to ask counter staff for ice from the back.
I remember when Chipotle was bright, clean, energetic, impactful and fun – Not anymore. Bring back the basics!

Ordered a veggie bowl and they gave me rice and beans. This location is consistently trash. Don’t take orders you can’t fulfill, it’s robbery.

Went here for lunch during our break. Service was fast, dining tables were clean as well as restrooms. Staff was friendly, communicated well when food needed to be replenished. Overall experience was great. I would go back for lunch again.

Let me just say, this Chipotle never misses. We live closer to the west side but every time we go there the workers never listen, they always seem like they hate their jobs and the tables are always dirty. During the draft we switched location and started coming here and I’m so glad we did. The workers especially today 5/9/25 were upbeat, told them what I wanted and they listened right away. (I didn’t even have to repeat myself 3x like I do on the west side). They all have positive attitudes and the tables were all clean. It is a breath of fresh air to go to this establishment. Highly recommend and the food was great
