asked for some chips and queso with my tacos and they dont even give you more than a handful. Not even filled halfway. There’s predone bags that they hand you at checkout so who knows how long they’ve sat on the counter. They used to actually put a good amount of chips but not at this location. I don’t know if this is something recent that’s just pushed by management/corporate but it is NOT worth your money.
While the food is good, they’ve fallen off in terms of price per portions. Go to Qdoba across the street for your money’s worth.

Good food and polite staff, I go here probably 1-3x a week and have been here over 50 times (I counted in the rewards app – 54 times in the last year). I’m here so much my little red car is literally in the Google maps aerial view . Only note is the success rate of wrapping a burrito is maybe 60%. The other 40% of the time it’s a mess – ingredients are spilling out of the wrap and it just gets wrapped in with the tin foil, leaving a mess once you unwrap it. No major issues though an I will continue to come here but other Chipotle locations seem to have the wrapping down a bit better.

Tables are rarely cleaned: food, stains on those are the norm, zero care for the customer’s experience. Trash is overflowing. Nobody seems to care. Not talking about a rush hour at all! Barely anyone inside! Food is not bad, by all means, by the place is so poorly kept and cared for that it will most likely disgust you. Of all major fast food chain restaurants in Madison, you will rarely find more dirty places than Chipotle. What on earth happened????

Ordered a quesadilla online with a choice of 3 sides, I chose the corn sour cream and the vinegrette. Which I have ordered several times and I am EXTREMELY disappointed in chipotle, I got not even a half of a sauce cup of vinegrette when in the past I’ve ordered it and it comes in the container with the quesadilla and my other sides. I’ve never seen a smaller portion of the vinegrette, and now I don’t have enough even for my food it’s not even close to the same amount as the sour cream or corn. I usually wouldn’t complain like this but when you choose 3 sides and the 2 are normal and one is seriously tiny I’m extremely disappointed in chipotle especially because I love the vinaigrette but now I won’t be going back or ordering online again. Don’t go here it’s not worth the money for the portions being so small.

Got a burrito earlier tonight, the guy who made my burrito was leaning forward on the counter while making my burrito, a part of my tortilla wrap maybe 1/3 of it was hanging off where he was leaning on touching his pants. Not to mention the rice was hard and the burrito was poorly warpped.

Since when is a serving of rice, 1/4 of a cup and 8 beans a serving of beans? When you get beans, rice, sofrita and lettuce it leaves a pretty empty bowl. This is the part that kills me I asked for more beans, received another 8 beans and was charged almost $4 for extra sofritia! (Which i did not get extra of) Get a full burrito or bowl across the street at Qdoba!!!

Waited 10 minutes at the drive thru window before an employee even acted like I was there. I get that you may be understaffed but I think it’s even worst when you have a line of cars in the drive thru and you ignore customers for 10 minutes while you bag orders with an attitude. Then I get home and my order is wrong. Paid $9 for maybe half a cup of rice and chicken.

My carnitias burrito was really tatsy. The young lady behind the counter was super friendly and even let me sample the meat before making my selection.
It was good, but I still prefer the other place.
The queso was very meh. $4+ for a sample sized thing of queso and chips… Yikes.
