Waited 10 minutes at the drive thru window before an employee even acted like I was there. I get that you may be understaffed but I think it’s even worst when you have a line of cars in the drive thru and you ignore customers for 10 minutes while you bag orders with an attitude. Then I get home and my order is wrong. Paid $9 for maybe half a cup of rice and chicken.

Just tried out the new Chipotle in our area and I have to say, the food was amazing! Everything tasted really fresh, and the Al Pastor Chicken was a standout. It had just the right amount of kick to it, making each bite exciting. I also discovered their Berry drink, which I can’t recommend enough – it’s so good!

My food is typically wrong or really light on everything in the bowl. They’re also very inconsistent on quesadillas – sometimes the meat is on the side and sometimes it’s on the quesadilla….where it belongs. And kids quesadillas sometimes have a box and sometimes are just thrown in the bag….for the crazy prices here these days and the inconsistent service id much rather save quite a few dollars and order from qdoba where my order is always right.

They are not staffed for taking the amount of orders they are getting. They also don’t understand how to get customers in and out. Just spent 40 minutes in the digital takeout line. For 15 minutes I was at the window physically looking at my order while two employees did thier best not to address me. Not thier fault, they looked slammed with orders and like they’d been yelled at already. If you’re going to get food here just order at the counter. Seen plenty of people come and go while I sat in line. They don’t need to worry about receiving one order anymore at least

Nope! Doesn’t even deserve one star. Reviews are correct about this place! Good fresh food or not, this place has horrible customer service like what all the other reviews had mentioned! Literally all 5-6 staffs work like they hate their life and hate their job maybe they need a better management? more than 3 of those staffs didn’t even know how to work on the register while eating I witnessed so many other customers waiting for more than 20 minutes for pickup food and even just coming in to order food. Like….what the f!!!! If you don’t mind the bad service then okay go to this terrible dark place. Just don’t let their negative dark side vibe rub onto you . I can tell you that the environment is negative and toxic because gossiping in front of customers were more important when we got there.

I visited this restaurant tonight at about 9:30pm. I was met with a tall bald African American gentleman that was making the entrees on the line. This gentleman had the most stinky, non-welcoming attitude ever. Huffing and puffing while me and the others behind him were having him prepare our entrees, lying saying there was no cheese or lettuce available because he didn’t want to go get the prepped ones out the fridge,(another employee had to go get them because he refused and lied about there being any available) just offensive behavior. If you don’t like your job go home. Keep your negativity at home. I come to this chipotle very often and can’t believe a person with this attitude is on the front line dealing with customers. Myself and others both agreed that he made us feel like coming there was an inconvenience

I eat chipotle 2-3 times a week and this location is by far THE WORST. Food is always old abs the customer service horrible. I’ve been a monona resident for years and I was so excited for this location to open and now I hate it.

Every time I come in this location no greetings the server don’t even be listening to the customer made me n my daughter bowl messy as ever.. I didn’t feel welcomed there… n I’m African American this happens every time but when another race come n they be professional n make they meals they way supposed to look … chipotle is my favorite I use to work at the east side Madison location for about 2 years… This location don’t suppose to be for all cultures I shouldn’t be getting bad service because of my race

Whatever you do, do not go during the closing hours. Got held up at the drive through behind another car for 15 minutes and when I decided to go inside I find that my order wasn’t even made yet even though on the app it said it was. Witnessed a lady worker sneezing at a burrito bowl she was prepping and a guy picking up a receipt label off the ground and then grabbing lettuce right afterwards.
