My recent experience at the local Chipotle left much to be desired. The portion sizes were incredibly underwhelming, leaving me feeling unsatisfied and questioning the value of my meal. Despite paying a premium price, I received only a fraction of what I would expect at other locations. Additionally, the atmosphere was messy, with spilled ingredients and untidy food stations, creating an unpleasant dining environment. It’s disheartening to see a once-reliable chain fall short on the basics of portion control and cleanliness. I hope Chipotle takes note and improves these aspects to regain the trust and loyalty of its customers.

Mixed feelings. I arrived to pick up my burrito to go and when I opened the package it was a complete mess. It was barely wrapped and all the ingredients leaked outside, into the aluminum wrapping. It looked like a child rolled the burrito.

They had 1 hour to close and didn’t feel like getting out any fresh food. There were 6 of us in line. There was no chicken, no steak. No veggies, and no chips and guacamole. There were at least 4 of us that asked for chips. I know the workers wanted to get out on time but chips!? 4 orders warrants opening some fresh chips I would think. Plus all the chairs were put up so I couldn’t even enjoy my food inside.

I work for one of the biggest and well know chains restaurants. I know mistakes happen. My daughter did a to go order everything was wrong with the food . Called the restaurant no answer just a machine I would hate to be someone with a A big catering order that was wrong and cannot get a hold of anyone.

Extremely disappointed in their service. This is the second time they forgot something from my pick up order. Do you guys think people just have free time to drive back and forth? Last time they forgot my bottle of coke and this time they forgot side of tortilla from my order. Had a to go order for 6. Went to pick up but my name was not on the bag. There were other bags on the same shelf. Had to open the bags to make sure, no one was around to help. Ordered extra protein on all 4 items which none came with, got 2 bowls with guacamole also costs extra…. One bowl came with it the other came with lettuce which I did not order. Tried to call to get some sort of credit or refund and it’s an AI prompt. You can not get ahold of anyone at the store.

The food was great, The service could have been better; I arrived about 10 minutes after the store should have been opened but they were just unlocking the door as I was walking up. They also forgot to turn on the tortilla warmer, but they did offer to have it warmed up in the back. I believe the dining room was open, but I did not feel welcome to sit down. I ended up going outside and eating in my car.
