Ordered a bowl online took over 10 minutes past the pick up time for the food to be ready even though the store wasn’t busy. My bowl was missing chicken so that’s fantastic. I’m not sure why I keep giving this location chances it’s always a let down.

For 3 ppl ordering 3 bowls and 2 had extra steak, 3 med fountain drinks, 1 order of chips and questions was almost $80. We got there as soon as it opened and the food quality was ok. The lady that took our order had smashed every ingredient down on the bowl. After eating I used the rest room. It was so disgusting and had not been cleaned. The toilet was dirty and still had a bloody tampon in it. The garbage next to the toilet was over flowing with tampon applicators and diapers. The garbage by the sink was over flowing with paper towels. I seriously will never go back to this place!!

The seating area was super messy and there was no silverware other than spoons and knives. The food line had splattered food everywhere and looked not appetizing. My chips were soggy and drenched in oil. They even tasted like oil. The workers were yelling really loudly and were on their phones as well. Every time I’ve been here before it was always clean and friendly. Food this time wasn’t good, service was rude and seating was disgusting. I wish it could’ve been a better experience.

This store was disgusting. The grill was caked with nasty debris, food was all around on the floor and there was standing water on the floor. I’m actually worried about eating my food because the store was so nasty. Also, there were about 10 chipotle employees sitting and enjoying lunch together while the restaurant was in this disarray. I took photos of the conditions, and I’m literally writing this from the parking lot. The woman who checked me out was very pleasant, but she was also wearing dirty clothing.I understand it’s a tough hiring climate, but a restaurant should have some cleanliness standards.

I have had bad experiences such as ordering delivery and having my name on the outside of the bag but someone else’s food on the inside. Then ordering online for pick up and then being out of literally everything I ordered.

Trash from one end of the building to the other. Cans of Coke Zero sitting on the tables, which they don’t sell. Old food all over the floor. Not a single clean place for me and my child to sit and eat. No ice in the ice machine. It is 12:30 and three customers. One employee working the register. One making food. Others just walking around. This place has gone down hill.

My opinion, I didn’t care for this place. The food is ok but the pricing is way to much! Not only that when i asked for 3 soft tacos to go I thought they were going to make them up and put them in a container but instead they gave me everything including the meat all in tiny little cups. The amount that was givin to me was literally enough to make 1 taco! I definitely was NOT happy about that! I also asked for rice on the side and again got a very small cup of rice as my side. That coast me $20 for pretty much 1 taco and 2 spoon fulls of rice. Then my son got a burrito and that they made there and he did like it but for 1 burrito was $15 for 1 burrito! Im sorry but the pricing is insane.

Came in on a sun eve. The serving counter was a mess. Food everywhere. I wanted Sofritas, but it was old and crusty. Server asked me if I could wait 5 mins as he was prepping an order. I watched as he was throwing toppings all over the place in burritos and bowls. 5 mins later, 8 teens walked in. I walked out. Clearly understaffed. Food just looked like a complete mess. I may have saved myself from a food bourne illness.
