Several weeks prior to today’s visit we walked in and walked right back out because the food prep area looked absolutely horrendous..old dried food and a mess everywhere. Tonight we figured we’d try again. Every staff member there were some of the most unpleasant staff we’ve ever encountered. No greeting, no smiling, didn’t even talk to us other than to tell us our total. The burritos were just thrown together carelessly and it was like eating slop. We were going to dine in, however the entire dining room was trashed from the tables to the soda station. Will never give them our business again.

It’s been a while since I’ve been to a Chipotle, and I’ve had a love hate relationship with them since my 7 week work trip in Ohio where I had Chipolte 3-4 times a week.
This is a pretty average Chipotle. The music is a bit too loud for normal conversation (like in all of them), but other than that, it’s great. Good food, reasonable price.

I can’t review the food since the restaurant was disgusting. The women’s bathroom was gross, the trash was overflowing, every table was dirty and the employees were just standing around. We left. The manager should be ashamed of the state of this restaurant. I really was looking forward to the food but I can’t imagine what the kitchen looked like. Absolutely disgusting.

My husband and I have always loved Chipotle. The food is reasonably priced for how big the portions are and the food is usually fresh. But today I did a 6pm pickup and got there at 5:55pm and I was home by 6:10 and the side of guacamole was brown beyond belief. How can you charge over $2 for a side of brown slop? Luckily I used my birthday reward so it was free but what is the point of a reward when the food is going to be nasty like that? The last 2 times we have gone here the drinks were empty earlier in the evening with hours before they close and another time they were open over 2 hrs and didn’t even put the lemonade etc together and fill it. I love ordering a watermelon limeade on the app and then getting there to empty machines. I ended up getting a regular Coke but wouldn’t have spent the money had I known they wouldn’t fill their drinks. It will be a while…. before we give Chipotle another try.

Employees at this location are always miserable the chips always taste stale tasting and for some reason 2 burritos and one bag of chips and quac (no drinks) costs you almost $40!!! That’s just insane. No thank you.
