Dined in today with the family for dinner and was impressed. The staff was really friendly, the food was amazing! I can’t remember the last time I had Chipotle that tasted so good (anywhere). The food was hot and flavorful. Everything was delicious. Huge shout out to all the staff. Will definitely choose this one over the one on 108th going forward.

I went to the chipotle location on 84th and Sura Lane for lunch today, I ordered on the mobile app and picked up through the window. I usually go back to work and eat in the lunch room but today I was very hungry and parked outside of Chipotle and begun to eat my lunch. A couple bites in, I see what looks like some sort of dead bug on my lettuce! Of course I went back and showed the manger the bug in my food and all he said was “ok we will remake it” I quickly said “absolutely not, I don’t want any more food from here I want a refund” to what he replied “call 1800-Chipotle if you want your money back.” If the manager had apologized and showed a bit of empathy I probably wouldn’t have taken the time to write this review. Such food quality and rude management is simply unacceptable. If I could leave a zero star review I would!

Bro, I thought I was gonna be chilling with the boys, we wanted some Chipotle and decided to try a new location. They made the food fast, problem is they didn’t make all the food. One bro didn’t get chips, he really wanted chips. I got a bag of chips, except my bag had like 15% of chips in it. At least my buddy got a substitute drink, they left me hanging dry. We pay for two bags of chips, we got like, 15% of one, and I guess a substitute drink we didn’t order. Did I mention they forgot the beans on my one taco, they forgot my pinto beans. Go to the one in Hales Corners, its worth the drive.

I’m the bro that didn’t get chips, but thanks for the drink that was cool. My boy didn’t get his beans though and his bag of chips had like nine crumbs in it and that was all she wrote. My other bro was all good but he literally just got chicken tacos and if you mess that up I’m sorry but what are we even doing. Let me start by saying that I understand this is a new location and there will most likely be some hiccups in the first couple months. I hope that my next visit is a better experience, but this first one really wasn’t unfortunately.
The restaurant itself was clean and modern. The staff were very nice. I went in around 6:30pm on a Sunday. It was moderately busy during my visit. There was only one employee on the line and she seemed like she could use another set of hands.
I wanted to get my usual carnitas bowl, but the meat looked dry and leftover. I didn’t spot any new carnitas coming up, so I opted for chicken. There was no pico de gallo. Considering they had 4 more hours left, I’m surprised they ran out of a staple ingredient. I wish I realized earlier because I don’t enjoy my bowl much without it. There was no romaine lettuce either.
I ordered two bowls, a kids cheese quesadilla meal (with chips), a side of guacamole, and a large bag of chips. I had a perk for free guacamole. I scanned the code and then the person working the register asked me questions about it. “Did I already get the guacamole? What size is it for?” I found this to be really confusing. They should know these details.
When I got home, I was disappointed to see that my bags did not include the kids chips and the large chips. I assumed he put them in the large food bags while I was paying. Apparently not. I find it weird that no one noticed the chip bags left behind on the counter. I could have easily been called over before leaving…
The guacamole was bright green but had almost no flavor. I added my own spices at home. Luckily we had some tortilla chips to make up for the missing chipotle ones, but they weren’t chipotle chips that I paid for. Our burrito bowls had decent portions which is appreciated. My son’s quesadilla wasn’t heated up enough so it was stringy chunks of almost-melted cheese inside the cold tortilla. Hopefully they get into more of a groove and things won’t be this disappointing next time!

I’m the bro that got no issues. But my 3 three tacos could’ve been bigger than, you know, 1 taco that got squished by a pneumatic drill. The food also costs more than pretty much anything at a gas station, which let’s be honest is worth it if you can save those extra bucks. I gotta look out for the boys tho cuz when you mess with the bros, you’re one of the foes. C’mon Chipotle, don’t be stingy with the chips and beans tho. If you ask me, just enjoy delicious cheap food. If you do want to go to a Chipotle however, go to the one in Hales Corners. Adiós amigos.

If you’re coming here to pick up an order as a delivery driver, you’re better off abandoning the order and grabbing one from somewhere else. Both times I’ve been here as a delivery driver I’ve been completely ignored. Letting the employees know you’re there for a delivery does nothing. This evening I sat there for 20+ minutes alongside 3-4 other drivers and not a single order was completed in this time. I was there for a 6 ingredient burrito bowl and chips. After sitting that long and asking when the food would be ready, I was told another 10 minutes. You have to be so incredibly incompetent to not be able to make a basic food item on your menu in 20+ minutes. You have two people making food, one for Togo orders and one for people in the restaurant. There was 8-10 customers that ordered and got their food fully made in front of me before I left. This is an awful location. It looks nice inside to trick you into the nonexistent service there. I’d rate it a 0 if I could.

The lady behind the counter did not speak enough English to answer my question on the difference between certain meats. After purchasing 2 bottles of Coke as if it was 1972, they told me that fountain drinks hidden somewhere around the corner in a nook. My burrito was cold. I can have a cold meal at home. There’s absolutely no reason to come here. I could go to Taco Bell and get halfway decent food and service.

Dear Chipotle Customer Service,
I recently placed an online order from the Chipotle location on Sura Lane (Order #92T-7AG) 10/25/25. When I arrived at the drive-through, my food was ready to go. I was hungry and eager to enjoy my meal, but upon taking a bite of my taco, I discovered a large piece of blonde hair inside.
I immediately contacted customer service and was told I was only eligible for a refund for the order. While I appreciate that, I don’t believe it fully addresses the inconvenience I experienced—especially considering the time, travel, and gas I spent picking up the order.
I would appreciate it if you could review this issue and consider offering a credit or additional compensation to make up for the poor experience and the inconvenience caused.
