What a complete joke this place is. 4 out of the last 5 times I came they either ran out of chicken or cheese. It’s either a Friday or Saturday around 7pm and you run out of food? Who does the ordering? Or at 7pm they are taking everything off the counter to clean it. Yes, I like a clean store, but don’t do closing work at dinner time. You are still open for four more hours. Do it towards the end of the night. Will never go there again and will tell everyone I know

If zero stars were an option, I’d happily select it. Taijah managed to turn a very routine order into an unnecessarily uncomfortable experience. Asking for one proper scoop—or paying extra for a double portion—was treated like a personal inconvenience, complete with eye-rolling and visible annoyance.

I then asked for a protein bowl at the register and was informed it’s online-only. No problem at all—I said I’d place the order online. Apparently that wasn’t the end of it, because Taijah returned just to let me know I shouldn’t call her “hun” and should instead use her name… which would’ve been helpful information if she were wearing a name tag. I’ll work on my mind-reading skills for next time.

The attitude continued, and once I finally responded, another employee emerged from the back to tell me not to speak to his employees that way—an interesting moment to jump in, considering he wasn’t present for any of the interaction that caused the issue.

I understand food service can be stressful. I come here often, my order never changes, and I’m very patient. What I don’t understand is why basic customer interaction seems to be optional here. Disappointing experience overall, especially from a place I frequent.

Food spilled all over my car seats while I was grabbing it mind you it was placed where it wasn’t moving around so she put too much juice in it. Idk why you guys use paper bag when clearly it’s better to use plastic for things like this.

Disgusting. There was a hair in my food, I discovered when I arrived home with my pickup order. I called to let them know and it is literally impossible to get in touch with the restaurant. They have an automated phone service and when you can finally get a hold of someone, it’s someone from a customer care center and I was unable to understand the representative. She said it was not possible to speak to someone from the restaurant. And she tried to accuse me of the hair being my own. This is ridiculous.

I brought the burritos home, my wife made it through about half then hit a surprise. A massive clump of hair! What the h e double hockey sticks guys, one hair would be a bummer but this made her literally throw up. Not going back and going to make sure everyone knows about this. This is not cool.

I was at this location earlier today during lunchtime. While the wait time was long, that was understandable given the time of day. However, the interaction I witnessed while a customer ahead of me was placing his order was completely unprofessional.

An employee named Tanija (or a similar name—I didn’t fully catch it) began speaking very rudely to the customer and raising her voice. The customer was being charged for double meat, yet it was clear he hadn’t even received a standard portion. The situation was uncomfortable to witness, and I genuinely felt bad for the customer, who remained calm throughout the interaction.

When the customer asked to speak to a manager, a heavier-set male came from the back while vaping and appeared disengaged. Instead of de-escalating the situation, he immediately began yelling at the customer, saying “don’t talk to my employees that way,” despite the customer not doing anything disrespectful.

This experience was bizarre and extremely unprofessional. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident. I’ve had multiple issues at this location, and each time I’ve requested a manager, the individual appeared visibly impaired and not in a condition to be working.

Because of this repeated behavior, I will not be returning to this location. I strongly recommend that the district manager review this store, as the conduct I witnessed does not meet basic standards of customer service or professionalism.

As always, the food was delicious and the portions were huge. My 4 stars for the atmosphere are because there was one type of music playing in the dining area and a totally different kind of music playing in the kitchen. Both musics were equally loud and quite the cacophony. It made for a not very enjoyable atmosphere.

I witnessed a very uncomfortable situation at this Chipotle. A customer politely asked for a standard portion of meat but was given about half. When he questioned it, the employee—whose name was possibly Tanja, as she yelled it to the customer—told him he would have to pay extra just to receive a normal portion. The employee appeared disoriented, had red eyes, and smelled of marijuana, which made the interaction even more uncomfortable.

The situation escalated when the manager came out from the back yelling at the customer while actively vaping. The customer remained calm and just wanted his food and to leave. This turned an already long wait into almost an hour, and at one point the employee refused to ring him up.

This was very unprofessional and stressful to witness. Management and the district manager should be contacted immediately.

I visit this Chipotle location almost every day on my break and have always enjoyed the food and service — until today. I found a strand of hair in my bowl and approached the staff privately and respectfully to let them know. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the person I spoke to (who appeared to be the manager) said, “We all wear hats to prevent this from happening. It probably came from you.”

That response was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I wasn’t looking for confrontation or a free meal — I simply wanted to make them aware of the issue. As a loyal customer who spends money here daily, I expected understanding and accountability, not blame. Even other employees seemed to agree that his reaction was out of line.

I wanted to bring this to your attention because I value Chipotle and want to continue dining here, but that type of treatment toward customers is unacceptable. I would appreciate it if this situation is addressed properly.
