Welp, not sure what happened here but 1st off, they made this store a “far away” store even though it’s directly across the street from Qdoba which is not considered far away. Not happy I had to buy a dash pass especially after my order for both bowls came completely wrong and COLD. I ordered and it was delivered within 20 minutes and it is very cold… As you can see, the order came in correctly from what I see ontop of the cover but the actual making of both bowls are wrong. One bowl, they didn’t put in corn, guac and salsa. And the other they didn’t put in guac and had white rice instead of brown. Beyond disappointing I paid $50 for this and not door dashing chipotle in West Bend again. Which is where I live, should not be considered a “far away fee”.

We had a wonderful dinner at the West Bend Chipotle this evening! We were warmly greeted by General Manager Tammie who was an absolute delight to interact with.
When we walked in, we commented on how wonderful it smelled!
Tammie took our orders in an outgoing, friendly, kind and patient manner.
When we were part way through our meal Tammie inquired as to how my husband’s carne asada was; making sure the meat was cooked to his liking, which it was. He raved about how tender the meat was, stating that it was the best carne asada he had tasted at any restaurant.
We commented on how clean the food area and restaurant was.
I have been in leadership roles in my career and the way in which Tammie interacted with her staff was impressive!
Tammie wished us well as we left.
In today’s world, it is not everyday that you encounter a manager that goes above and beyond like Tammie did; so upbeat, outgoing, friendly, and professional in making customers feel welcome and creating a desire to return. Tammie is a definite gem and a true example of what a leader should be!
We’ll be back for the delicious food, clean environment, excellent service and to see Tammie!

Excellent, friendly service. We were in West Bend for a volleyball tournament and put in a catering order for 12:30 to this Chipotle the day before. Our schedule changed and I needed to update the pick up time to 11:00. I didn’t think this would be possible since the store didn’t open until 10:45 and it was a large order. I got there right when they opened and spoke to the manager. She said “no problem” and put her crew into to action immediately, even offering me a drink while I waited. In 5 minutes I was out the door with my food and the order was spot on. I was honestly surprised because most stores would say they can’t change the order time or it will take 30 minutes or more. Truly exceptional service that saves the day for our hungry girls.

Came in today with my fiance and got two burritos hands down this place is better than any authentic mexican restaurant around the area the only place that beats this place is la mexicana downtown west bend by barton. Big kudos chipotle this place was a good experience better the qdoba as well. Their new alpastor chicken wow.

We read the reviews before we came, and thus, we expected low value (small portions for the money). While I agree that a $13 burrito isn’t cheap, I was not disappointed by the portion size, food quality, or food temperature. The burritos were way bigger than my phone. We had both carnitas and chicken burritos – each with the works (including guacamole). It was delicious – I’m stuffed, and my spouse saved half for later. I’d eat here again.

We walked in, walked up the the counter to a gentleman who was making a burrito. He didn’t say a word to us. Took his gloves off when he was finished and went in back. Another worker was mopping and two others were just sitting there. 2 or 3 minutes go by and someone finally walks up and asks what we would like. My burrito was not wrapped well at all. I watched all of the insides of the burrito go into the sour cream container. When we went to get our drinks, I walked around the corner and almost fell because of the wet floor. Had there been a sign, I would have been fine. I noticed the sign tucked away in a corner, so i grabbed it and put it by the wet floor for people to see.
Overall, horrible experience. We were excited because other Chipotle’s have been really good! I should have read these reviews before going in.

Go to a different location. Paid $35 for two meals, meanwhile the portion of chicken I had was awful, my wife had two pieces of chicken per taco. I didn’t even want to eat or pay for it I was so disappointed. Workers were zombies. We both had a bad time, we won’t be back to this location
