Both restaurants in Cedar Rapids, Iowa are not clean and the employees stand around talking instead of making it a clean environment for customers to dine. I sent the restaurant a complaint and they asked me for a picture of my bank statement and my receipt. This is unprofessional. They should just admit that the restaurant was dirty and disgusting and the employees were not doing there jobs. This is disgusting and unhealthy. I took photos and videos of the restaurant and the employees standing around while the tables and floors were dirty. This is very unhealthy!

The chips and queso were a huge disappointment. The chips were all stale and obviously if they are made fresh daily it was not the same day.
I don’t visit here much, then I remembered why when I ate here. The place is just a letdown. You get no meat and everything is an extra charge.
Honestly this just doesn’t cut it. Get a home town, locally owned place where the staff actually cares.

Meat was skimpy cheese was also skimpy and there was hardly any pinto beans. Flavor was ok but for what I paid I’m very disappointed. Not worth $13 if you are going to load it up with rice. Not ok Chipotle! And charging almost $3 for guacamole is criminal!

food is great as always. employees are typically lazy and roll their eyes when you ask for plain white rice (yes, they have rice without added cilantro). i would give them a solid 5 star however i barely find myself wanting to come back there because of… well… customer service.

I would not recommend ordering a pick-up order. This is how my order looked when I picked it up. I hadn’t taken a bit yet. It almost seemed like they had forgotten the chicken. The bowl was maybe half full. Not that it should matter but, I even left a tip when I placed the order.

I ordered the burrito bowl 10/6/25. Carnitas, no rice, no beans, fajita veggies, cheese and verde salsa. I’ve ordered this before, but this time the carnitas was inedible. It was full of gristle and was tough. It’s supposed to be fall apart tender.

Donated 3 dollars to them as they decided not to put guacamole on my burrito (order ahead in the app). I would call the meat leather but that’s very misleading…leather was easier to chew. Don’t waste your time and money at this place. Only reason atmosphere isn’t a 1 is because the black gentleman with dreads is always very high energy, courteous, and great all around.
