I get to eat one time a day. I tipped them every time I order. This is my portion size of my one meal that I get to eat today. Absolutely ridiculous.
I’ve never wanted to complain but this is just uncalled for.
Not to mention, you can never contact any staff or manager by calling the number because the terrible automated system.

Just ick. The entire restaurant was dirty. I would understand if they were busy but that was not the case. I didn’t even get pictures of the other half of the dinning area, which was just as dirty.

I love Chipotle but this one can be so slow! Ordered online 35 minutes ahead of time. Food was 25 minutes later than the app quoted. There were times while I waited that the in person order counter had no body ordering and they just stood around instead of making carry out orders. Tried to complete online survey and kept getting an error.

I had tried this place before and felt the portion sizes weren’t quite right, so I decided to give it another shot. This time, I was pleasantly surprised everything was well-prepared, the flavors were nicely balanced, and I actually got a good mix of ingredients, not just chunks of onion like the first time. If this is the consistency I can expect, I’ll definitely consider making this one of my regular dine-out spots.

Actually one of the worst Chipotles I’ve been too. The only thing this one has over the Iowa City one is parking and Drive Thru pick up but it seems even that is a hassle. I went to this location and noticed immediately that people were being served tiny portions. This prompted me to ask for extra of everything and even then it still wasn’t nearly the same portions I got at Iowa City. I got home and realized the guac I received was just a half of an avocado. THEN I took a bite and the rice was as crunchy as nerds candy. Disgusting. Unless something changes up top, I ain’t coming back. I recommend detouring and going to Iowa City.

Brand new store and it was filthy. Staff to busy socializing. Drive through people were super busy. Napkins all empty all table tops dirty and garbage over flowing.

Absolutely ridiculous! For $13 I would expect a bigger burrito. Gave us several bags of chips that we didn’t ask for, and left out the rice out on one of our kids meals. I should mention this was an online order, didn’t realize the quality until we were back on the highway.

Stop serving uncooked rice…at least wait for the rice to cook properly…its literally so bad in every bite that it’s hard to chew..this is not what Chipotle is known for…Cedar Rapids location is better than this store in terms of food quality…hope this review will wake you up and improve your food quality, specially rice…cook it properly, don’t serve partially cooked and mostly uncooked rice

Adjusting my star rating from 5 to 1. Meat was cold in both the burrito and tacos. It was like the burners keeping the meat warm were not running. Pretty disgusting and unsanitary. Getting help and a refund after the fact was also unnecessarily difficult. Had a few other instances here.
