Don’t order online or they’ll skimp you on all your toppings and just your whole order. I ordered a burrito bowl and received a half filled bowl with my selected toppings. Just sad to know I paid $12 for half a bowl. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

This is the most disgusting place I’ve seen so far! Today is August 26th time are 6:45pm I was there. To get food. You have the worst staff ever dirty no gloves careless. They are walking around but won’t help customers they literally just going to the back and do no help! I reslly suggest you review your camera and see how disgusting it is down there. I’m calling the city on Monday to try to have them do inspection on this filthy location. I ended up leaving my plate and left! It is honestly the worst customer service ever they hate their job clearly!!! Stay away.

We ordered online and ate outside when we picked it up. They were so busy but the staff was on point! These people need to be paid more! The work was literally non-stop the moment we arrived. Whoever owns this location should be proud and hire more help. Food was delicious and made just the way we requested! I am impressed, to be honest! I DO NOT DO FAST FOOD! But, I would come back here!

Food was fresh! (I had to wait for more rice…then more al pastor. Not their fault tho. the restaurant was busy for dinner time) only thing i didnt really like was when the meat came out it didnt have enough alpastor flavor for my liking. Kinda tasted like the regular chicken with a lil bit of al pastor sauce somewhere in there. But otherwise it was still good! Will still go there again just not when its super busy like that!

I have dreams about this Chipotle. We drove to Iowa from Florida to visit family. We have eaten at Chipotle’s all over the country due to safety for our food allergies (nuts). We eat it frequently at home as well.

They’re opening time is 10:45. Attempted to go in at 10:50AM but the doors were locked. Stood outside to see if someone would unlock or tell me how much longer it would but that didn’t happen. I left to get Mcalister’s down the street and even when I came back that way more people were waiting outside. Horrible service. This place needs new management. especially reading all the recent 1 star reviews.

We stood in line for about 25 minutes while one worker did nothing but online orders. The other employees just stood around. They only helped us after finishing the online orders. When paying the employee didn’t know how to ring up our order. They were out of lids for our cups and the ice had black spots in it. We won’t be returning to this location.

This was a dine in order. Was the worst experience I have ever had here, when I got my food it was barely warm, the employees on the food line had no idea what they were doing (getting other people’s orders mixed up). The whole counter from the start of the food all the way to the register was a big mess. The dining room was also a mess, tables dirty, the drink area was also a mess. Lemonade and other drinks were empty. And the staff was not good at all. I’m very sad about this because this place is normally very good.
