The portions were tiny. I asked for extra rice and got maybe a half cup of rice at best. They were out of everything including a tray for me to take my food to the table. Got to the utensil station, out.

I sat here for 45 minutes and watched the most disfuncional group of people attempt service at a fast food chain.

I think I’ve seen the USPS run more efficiently.

Done with Chipotle: Online Orders are a Rip-Off

I am incredibly disappointed with my recent experience at Chipotle, and unfortunately, this seems to be a recurring theme.
I placed an online order for two bowls, expecting the same quality and portion sizes I’d get if I were standing in line. Instead, what I received was laughable. Both bowls were hardly filled—it looked like half a portion at best. When you pay nearly $30 for two meals, you expect actual meals, not a sad scoop of rice and a few pieces of meat hidden at the bottom of the bowl.
This isn’t just a one-time mistake; this is the second time in a row this has happened with an online order. It feels like a deliberate strategy: if the customer isn’t watching you make it, you skimp on the ingredients. It feels dishonest and completely unfair to loyal customers who just want the convenience of ordering ahead.
If you want actual value for your money, go stand in line so you can police the portions yourself. Otherwise, avoid ordering online unless you enjoy paying full price for a kid’s meal. I won’t be back

Genuinly never left a review before but this was a little ridiculous. The brown rice in my bowl was hard as a rock. I’ve eaten at plenty of chipotle’s in my life but have never had rice this bad and this hard before. Truly wasn’t even going to bother leaving a review because it’s not the end of the world. However, there was just so much of the rice and it was so hard it was literally all you could taste in the bowl and it felt like I was eating pebbles. I couldn’t even finish the bowl unfortunately. The staff was generally pretty nice though and very friendly.

No White Rice, No Steak, No Pico. They literally tried to give me a tablespoon of the unrequested (but only option) brown rice before I had to ask for a bit more rice. He gave me one more tablespoon. Not exaggerating. They charged us over $50 when we had only $25 worth of burritos. Not sure whose order they added to ours, but it was way off. So that took them a while to fix. When asked why we couldn’t get a side of pico from the overflowing “mobile order area”, we were told that was for mobile customers only because they already paid. What did they think I was doing! My money is just as good! As we sat and ate, we watched a man who was in the same line get to get his missing ingredient item from the mobile area and then immediately after him was another guy that was missing an ingredient and they told him no! I am not even kidding! He was not happy either. Crazy! On top of that I swear to you I think it was a prison work release business. It was totally sketch. We are from Kansas and we go to our local area chipotles a ton. We know how it works if you are out of an ingredient at the dine in bar, they always borrow from mobile bar OR they pause a second and refill. There was nobody cooking anything and we were told that if we wanted steak it would be awhile because they would have to cook it. Duh. This had poor management written all over it. Nobody knew what was going on. I hardly ever write bad reviews but this was horrible. We love chipotle, but we will never go to this establishment again.

Ordered online and took an hour to receive. Has anyone ever had to wait 50 min for their order? Ordered chicken burrito. Hardly any chicken. Ordered steak tacos (3). No meat in any of them. Ordered steak tacos with extra steak. NO MEAT!! I’ve only had 1 good experience with Chipotle and that was 5 yrs ago when I first tried it. It has gone down hill every time I’ve ordered and this will be the last time. The photo is of the steak burrito. All rice and salsa basically. When I noticed I didn’t get any meat was when I decided to write a review.

We ordered three bundles online for pickup. Employees did a great job packing it. Very organized. The brown rice didn’t taste cooked all the way. I also didn’t care for the flavor. Everything else was great.

This place is an absolute joke. The PORTION sizes is ridiculous. I paid for double just to get the equivalent of one normal serving. When I asked the server to put more he literally picked up a micro piece of chicken looked me in the eye and placed it in the bowl. I WILL BE DISPUTING THIS TRANSACTION WITH MY BANK.

Looks like this is a Trending review. The Protein choices didn’t look fresh. The veggies looked dried up. I was told, why didn’t you just go to Pancheros. I gave you another try. I just don’t have the urge to come back. Going with Carne Asada over Steak it was additional charge and Queso additional charge, sure.

I am a frequent customer and typically have positive experiences; however, today’s visit was an exception.

I was charged $1.00 more than usual for my order. When I inquired with the cashier, I was informed that the discrepancy was related to a “3 pointer” issue, and that it would have been cheaper if it were a “3 pointer.” This explanation was unclear, especially since the same items selected on your app were priced a dollar less.

This experience has prompted me to question whether I have been overcharged on previous occasions. I would appreciate clarification on this matter and a resolution to ensure fair pricing in the future…..

This was our second time at Chipotle. Our first time was great and we were very excited to come back. Our second order has been a disaster. As you can see they did not close a salsa lid so it leaked all over my car and myself. My daughter just wanted rice, steak and cheese and barely got any in her bowl. Please tell me how that is $8 worth of food? Apparently if you do not order more than 3 items you just get a mostly empty bowl. I waited an extra 15 minutes past our pick up time and saw them make our food so I assumed it would be hot and fresh. That could not be farther from the truth. I literally had to heat all our food up on the stove it was so cold. The rice was hard and not at all like our first trip. My wife called and spoke with the manager Catherine who wanted to argue instead of offering an apology. She claimed our food couldn’t have been cold since it had been out less than an hour. I am also confused how you can be busy and still have cold food out (rice was nice and crunchy). We were offered some free sodas or chips and guacamole for our $30 order. We do not drink pop and a family member is allergic to avacados. This is the last time we will visit this location.
