Good example of what you can expect from this chain. The restaurant is clean, service was good. There was a fairly steady line of customers during my visit – not bad for a Sunday afternoon.
For me, I prefer the food to be physically warmer – at least with some steam coming out of it. I think the menu items are a bit overpriced – but that seems to be true for most fast-food places these days.
Handicapped parking is available, and there are both hightop and regular seats. There are two unisex bathrooms, so no waiting if either is not being used.

If you are a fan of Chipotle, proceed into this one with caution. We have enjoyed this chain for ten years, and all over the USA. When they built this one close to us, we were ecstatic! Even went on their opening days. It was great! Nice servings, fast and courteous. It has gone down hill like an amateur on a double black diamond. ALWAYS out of something, and the workers are super reluctant to check with the stash in the “drive through”. Last night they were out of fajita veggies, lettuce and corn. I asked why things are always out, “is it a supply chain issue, etc?” The manager stepped in to say they had a busy day and were shorthanded, so the prep people weren’t able to get enough cut up. I asked if they would comp me some guacamole, since they were out of so much. “No, because the other is free and guacamole is a premium item.”. I thanked them and offered that I would bring my concerns to the store manager. She answered that she IS the store manager. She said they are short staffed and have a high turnover. . Also, they offered no apologies for being out, etc. (I have gone their mid-afternoon on a week day and they have been out of items as well.). For many months the chicken was so salty, we couldn’t finish our dinner. One time we were there when the music was so loud, my husband and I couldn’t hear each other talking. We asked about it and were told by the worker that they HAD to keep to keep it loud, as it was a store policy. That was a new one for us!
Last night’s bill was just $10.07, because my husband went to Jersey Mike’s while I gave Chipotle another try. Lesson learned.

I never make reviews but I would not go here again. I waited to get my order taken forever when all the employees were just sitting around and talking. The employees that took my order was very out of it and was definitely high. He didn’t even ask me any questions and just looked at me till I told him what I wanted finally. The pop machine water kept getting suck and would constantly spill water and all the trashes were packed full while all the employees were sitting around doing nothing. Management should definitely speak with employees. Food was good though as a positive note!

If you can avoid this Chipotle I definitely would. Alpine is much better. They rarely have a stocked line but especially after 7pm (they close at 11pm). I might even be able to get past that but the service at night is terrible!!! Either completely ignore you or are super rude. We love Chipotle but we’re willing to drive double the distance to go to one that has better customer service and stocks their food. Today for example they were out of rice at 8pm despite closing at 11pm…and this is a weekly thing with them unfortunately.

Don’t waste your time or your money here. I’ve never once finished a burrito bowl, but I finished this one – there was nothing in it!!! You can even see the bottom of the container through the cheese and rice. I spent $44 on 3 entrees (all tiny portioned) + chips (stale) and queso + a tip. Never again. I hope this place goes under because we need better.

This is the worst Chipotle ever!!! My husband ordered takeout and said the employee had no idea what they were doing. Here’s a photo of his barbacoa tacos with cheese, lettuce and salsa. We only live 11 minutes away and the meat wasn’t even lukewarm warm by the time he arrived. My burrito was 1/3 smaller than last time and the chicken was overly spicy. Overpriced, skimpy, and disappointing. They are consistently understaffed. This place needs to shut down and get retrained!

My food was disgusting. The Gm of this place should be embarrassed. The dinning room was dirty, trashes were full. Staff members seem to be in shambles. My steak was so burnt and disgusting in my bowl, rice was hard, beans were cold. I also found a huge avocado peel in my guac. This is embarrassing. I will not be going back. I would give it a 0 if I could.

Just save your time and go to one of the other neighboring food places. This is the WORST Chipotle I’ve ever been to and I’m done with them in general. Every person who works there acts like they have something better to do other than serve customers, most will have AirPods in or just on their phone while one person runs the whole table and cash register. They say they’re open until 11 but if you go in past 8pm you’ll just get disgusted looks, no communication and eye rolls as somehow your inconveniencing them.
I thought I had it figured out to avoid the staff in general and order via the app and pick it up from Chipotlane (or whatever it’s called) until last night where I paid $35 (yes – I even included a tip!!!) for a double protein bowl and a burrito for my wife. Not only did my bowl not have double protein, it literally just had none, no chicken at all (and hardly anything else in there). On top of that, my wife got the worlds smallest burrito.
TLDR: Not one to usually complain but this Chipotle is so bad I feel the need to warn others from actually going there. Seriously – just don’t.
Going to gladly go back to driving down the road to Qdoba.
