Lemonade ordered, was empty on arrival. Root beer is out of syrup, got home to fizzy carbonated tart air. Same with sprite. My bowl isn’t the one I ordered and was charged for, I have someone else’s bowl.

I love Chipotle. This location felt like a bunch of high schoolers screwing around without supervision. Food everywhere, aluminum foil, everywhere, burritos, thrown on top. The young men were very handsome, and very nice, however, they got all four of my orders messed up. I told them, I could not have ANYTHING spicy. All 4 of them were. Anyways. Clean up your mess, Chipotle!

Why is it that EVERYTIME I COME TO EITHER CHIPOTLE they literally never have every menu item. No cheese, no guac, no steak and or chicken. It’s unreal. And it’s quite literally everytime I come here. I just came into the one on west main and they don’t even have shredded cheese. Shredded cheese is the BARE MINIMUM!!! That’s insane. I won’t be coming back. They’re always soooo disappointing.

The constant portion size of the bowls they give you is incredible. They’ll give you a a bowl full of rice but with scarce protein every single time. Do people really need to pull out their phones and record for them to fix this issue and be on their employees about not skimping? For what you pay and what you get, Chipotle (at least this location) is becoming 2nd to Qdoba quite frequently.

Just went in to get a steak bowl and I got 5 pieces of steak. The guy serving had a scale in front of him but instead just put half a scoop in there. To pay 11 bucks is unreal. It used to be worth it, but now absolutely not.

I love chipotle. i love chipotle so much i will get it 4x a week because its that good. for the first time i did NOT finish my bowl. the workers her obviously do not care about the quality of their work. the veggies were soaked in seasoning. so bad, i could not finish my bowl because of how strong it was. oregano right? i could never tell what seasoning they put on the veggies but today i definitely did. i get a salad bowl so on things like pico and beans i ask if they can strain them longer to refrain from a soupy bowl. once i explained that he did not care and proceeded to just toss it. okay whatever i can deal with that. i get to the guacamole and its damn near BLACK. i ask if they have a fresh batch as i see its somewhat near the bottom. he proceeded to pull out another BLACK batch and then poured the visibly OLD guac on top of the newer ish batch. i had to stop him from putting it on my bowl. mind you idk if it was a manager or not but there was someone directing them through all of this. chipotle is great. just not this location. i hope they see this and do something because im genuinely disappointed. and im pretty hard to disappoint. here goes to my first ever bad google review!

This used to be the good Chipotle in town. Got two burrito bowls (both the exact same) and one of them was missing half the items (mobile order). Most of the Carne Asada steak pieces were fatty and rough and the guac was very bland, like something was missing. Should’ve just left the hot honey chicken. After this experience and the price ($37 for two people) its probably gonna be awhile before I feel like coming back unfortunately.

Food is disgusting and I was served raw chicken. The “assistant manager” who was the one on duty was of no help and wouldn’t offer me any other food. In fact he ran away to the back room when confronted. I will never return and the entire management team needs to get it together and clean house.

Portage location needs new management. I get Chipotle once or twice a week. 3 out of the last 4 times they have been out of rice. OUT OF RICE!…at a fast food Mexican/burrito restaurant? The last time was 5:05 on a Sunday. A joke. I hope the owner sees this.
