AVOID! Hate to write this review but….this was by far the most filthy chipotle I’ve been to, heck, this was the most filthy restaurant period. The line was covered all the way from the tortilla press to the cash register in food. When ordering I asked how are you, there was a pause and the employee said “what would you like” and then started laughing. As we made our way down the line the food was disturbing. Everything mixed in together. Half way down they started dumping hot water in the hot well and it splashed into the food. The lettuce was sitting is over an inch of water…already disturbed, I get to the register and it’s also covered in food. I look to the employee and I say, “your line is a mess” and he responds “yeah I know” and proceeded to do nothing about it. Every table was dirty, the floor was littered with food. The utensil area was trashed. The decor was dropping clumps of dust over our heads. The trash was over flowing. The manager was on break and talking with an employee using profanity right next to us while eating. Why were they on break while the store is so filthy. They were sitting directly next to the over flowing trash and clearly did not care. There was so much wrong here that it’s clear they need to clean house of anyone in charge. The build up of filth was not just from a busy dinner rush, it’s from months of neglect. Could not finish my food. I choose chipotle on the road because it’s a decent option compared to other fast food. Would never revisit this location.

Chipotle is my favorite chain restaurant but this location is run absolutely abhorrently. I recently moved just off of Westnedge and have been to this location several times all of which have been negative experiences compare to any other location.

Most recently i ordered online, it was late 9:20pm but the location is open until 11. Went in the place was empty and in shambles. Trash on tables, food all over the place, the serving line had so much cross contamination, and the kitchen was a wreck. I worked in the food industry so I understand how the end of a shift can be but with 1:40 remaining until close that’s no time to throw in the towel. Also, the cleanliness of the location has never been good (see pics). The customer who came in behind me to order in store was told, “Sorry this is all we have you’ll have to order from this.” Several empty hoppers were observed including steak and white rice (always in my order). I was asked my name and then given my order and told to have a good night. The staff has always been polite here. That’s the only saving grace.

When I got home I found out the order was just filled with what ever they had left. I ordered steak and white rice bowl I got beef Barbacoa and a mixture of white and brown rice heavy on brown. This felt unacceptable to be because what if there was an allergy concern? This wasn’t a mistake either it was clear that the staff simply used what they had because it was “close enough” rather than make more food an hour+ before close.

On top of that this location is constantly out of product, very slow, and over all filthy. If you have the time I’d heavy suggest going to the location on West Main rather than eat here until some changes are made.

In the pictures you can see the wrong order, cross contamination of hoppers, and the extremely filthy glass that clearly hasn’t been cleaned in quite some time.

Not greeted when walked in or when ordered our food. The place is absolutely filthy. Floors need to be swept and mopped along with the walls. The tables in the entire restaurant all were dirty with crumbs stuff spilled on them. No ice in ice machine had to ask and they seemed annoyed we asked for ice and had to fill it. Drink/napkin/silverware counter disgusting trash all over. The counter by the register full of crumbs that is something you can easily wipe down between customers or when a rush ends. Lots of people working just standing in the back area, someone could be out doing trash. Another wiping down the tables and counters. Seems no one had any direction on what they needed to be doing. Just standing and chatting dishes piled up dripping all over floor and back counter area. Cleanliness is a huge issue at this location. Take pride in your work. Needs to be reported to health department. Didn’t finish food too grossed out. Need better leadership and direction for associates working. No reason for that place to look like that when we just were under a winter storm warning earlier today and day before when it was probably very slow. Send a District Manager or regional manager in. This location needs some help along with consistent follow up.

This whole experience was absolutely horrible! The staff were standing around doing absolutely nothing but staring at us in the background while they told us there was no protein available while literary no one was moving to make more. 8:00 pm on a Thursday. They close at 11 pm… No more cooking at 8pm is ridiculous. The entire kitchen was full of staff and they’re still hiring because they do nothing. There are literally stacks of dirty pans that they are doing nothing to take care of. The grill was not scraped at all and was disgusting. The workers did nothing. We were already overwhelmed when we came in. Hungry and tired. And were definitely more disappointed in the whole service provided. Do not recommend at all.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Chipotle Mexican Grill for years, but this location has completely fallen apart.

Over the past several months, the quality, cleanliness, and service have steadily declined. Wait times are absurd — over 30 minutes with only two customers ahead of us. But the real issue is sanitation.

Yesterday my husband and I walked in and were immediately disgusted. Employees were using the same gloves for multiple tasks and multiple customers without changing them. We witnessed clear cross-contamination between food containers, food and sauce spilled everywhere, overflowing trash, and employee hair hanging near food prep areas. The food itself looked disgusting and unsafe — an employee dumped hot water under a rice hopper and water splashed into containers. Meat look charred and the queso was clumpy, nearly solidified.

To make matters worse, the staff was rude and completely unwelcoming. Not a single person showed basic professionalism. They all look like they hate their jobs, and did not respond when we greeted them with “hi there, how are you?”.

We were so uncomfortable with what we saw that we left rather than risk getting sick.

At this point, the conditions we observed warrant serious management intervention, it warrants a health department review. Unless there are drastic improvements, we will not be returning.

Unacceptable experience. I’ve been to many chipotle spots and this was terrible. No napkins. No veggie for my bowl. No ice so we had warm soda. All over 40$ we wanted steak and there was none. What a poor excuse. Barely put any queso on my bowl when asked. We won’t be returning

Genuinely the worst Chipotle in the area. Ordered the Build-Your-Own box for $58, ended up being $62.54. We get home and start building our bowls just to find out they have us everything EXCEPT the chicken.. Tried calling twice and got 2 different support workers that barely spoke english, neither of wish actually worked at this location, and they offered me a “free meal for 2”, but would not refund me or just have this location cook up chicken for us to go back and pick up This is not the first bad experience at this location, but it will definitely be the last!

This Chipotle is so gross. I can confidently say this after giving it over 3 tries. The staff isn’t friendly, the burrito making station is disgusting, like it hasn’t been organized and wiped down all day long. The queso has a film on it every time. Every single time I have gone there 1/4 of the ingredients are out. The lady attempting to make my burrito bowl was close to giving me the crusty old bottoms of the veggies. I had to stop her and tell her I’d prefer to wait for the fresh batch cooking. These veggies were so old they were not servable. The counter to pay was dirty. There was a long black hair that got stuck to my wallet while I was attempting to pay. I’m not sure how this place passes a health inspection. The West Main location is 100% better. Next time I will drive no matter the inconvenience because I do love chipotle.

I normally go to Chipotle over other similar places for its fresh food and clean atmosphere, but but not this one.

Walk in, it’s a little busy. No big deal. I decide to wait it out, I wasn’t in a rush. Then I start watching this incompetent staff at work. 4 people in the back standing around doing nothing. One girl doing the best she can to make everyone’s food as quickly as possible, one worthless worker on her phone at the cash register. It’s taking roughly 5-10 minutes person to get orders completed. I walked in at 1:55 it’s now 2:50 I just sat down.

When it’s my turn I order a chicken burrito.w/chips and queso. I ask for fajita veggies. We’re out. As I’ve watched the 4 in the back for almost an hr do nothing. That seemed very odd. Get to the cash register the one on her phone brings me up hands me my burrito and small queso but no chips. I ask where are my chips I don’t plan on drinking this jokingly. She then asks the 4 in the back, Do we have chips? They say yes, you have to fill a bag. ‍♂️. She fills it annoyed.

Get my food, the chicken is burnt and dry to a crisp like crunchy burnt, tasted like I licked the grill.

Not one table was cleaned off rice wrappers queso spilled on every table. The entire time I was there, not one person cleaned a table. Garbage overflowing from the previous lunch rush.
