What stands out to me is the humanity of this location. I see employees working hard, joking with each other, navigating stressful moments, handling difficult customers, and still making sure orders are done right and portions are fair. They’re generous with food, attentive, and genuinely trying, which matters more than robotic “perfect” service.
I’ve read through a lot of the negative reviews, and honestly, most of them seem rooted in one-off frustrations. A single bad day isn’t a full picture. If you come here as frequently as I do, you’ll notice that the team consistently shows up and does their best within the reality of food service.
Today was a perfect example. There was a line because one employee was holding down the entire in-store line while others were working nonstop on online orders that have strict, time-sensitive quotas. Another employee was in the back cooking fresh food as fast as possible to keep the line stocked. Some staff were on break, which, last I checked, is something every working person in America is entitled to.
Despite this, one customer in line chose to be loud, rude, and disrespectful to the cashier and other employees, even though everyone else was patient and understanding. Watching staff remain calm and professional in that situation said a lot. Service workers don’t deserve to be treated poorly because someone doesn’t understand how operations work.
I’ve worked in customer service, food, and finance, and I have a background in management. I know what reasonable expectations look like, and this team meets them. The low star rating on Google doesn’t reflect the reality of this location or the people working in it.
If you want quick, solid food from a team that actually cares and tries, even on busy, understaffed days, this Chipotle is worth your time.
Update 10/17: They still suck and will only put half of the ordered ingredients in the bowl/burrito. Whoever the manager or owner is should be ashamed for running an establishment like this. I’m really appalled at how horrible the employees are at their jobs.
The food is always great but let’s keep the restaurant to good standard .
