2 bowls we selected was outstanding! New Chicken Spicy with Pineapple yummy & Carnitas. The server was very nice, very knowledgeable about all the ingredients and everything available to be added to our dinner! The whole restaurant clean and friendly. Cashier super friendly and helpful! Definitely have that again! It’s more than 1 meal. GREAT leftovers!

Amazing experience this evening. Came in from a snowstorm and service was next level. Damario and Jared were excellent along with everyone else. They went above and beyond. Damario in particular, displayed tremendous IQ and EQ, would recommend consideration for immediate promotion. Food was fresh and delicious and restaurant was clean.

10 people in line, not a single person on the serving line, but someone over on the side making to go orders. Number 5 in line took 15 minutes. The guy working the register is making to go recipes and working the register without changing gloves.

We visited this Chipotle on March 12th. While the service was quick and the portions were generous, the cleanliness of the restaurant left much to be desired. The tables were dirty, and overall, the dining area didn’t feel well-maintained. It just wasn’t the kind of dining experience we were hoping for. Hopefully, they can improve on cleanliness in the future.

We’ve been here a lot lately they’ve gone down hill, the last visit I got food poisoning, the rice was also undercooked and hard. Visit before that dine in food line and the carryout food line kept switching places to grab missing ingredients from either line. Just stock both sides it was only 8pm

Holy Lord where to begin,, waiting 30 minutes for a bowl to be made seems EXCESSIVE! I watched 3 different meats (2 chicken) batches cooked (while they had available chicken in the pan) Steak and finely the Carne. Asked for a manager and he walked out and said, “what’s up” . At that point I was just laughing at the total ineptitude of this place and how to treat customers. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

I’m normally pro chipotle when I’m craving my usual double chicken burrito. Upon entering the restaurant and making my way to the food bar I noticed numerous food entries that was dry and brittle. The white rice pan was about completely finished and what was left over looked over cooked as if the temperature was higher than normal. The pinto beans were completely dry and pasty. I asked the gentleman that was serving if there were any refreshments of white rice and pinto beans and he said no. I was hesitant about making my way down the food food bar and completing my burrito and two steak bowls orders but I felt reluctant for the server to throw the food away. The guacamole that was on display for serving was completely brown and asked for fresher guacamole and the one that was brought out had the same awful color. The portions were subpar and had to ask several times for extra entries of choice. Im not the person to complain or make a fit about food or service but I had to speak up and ask for the manager concerning my observation and was talked over about my several complaints. Did not want to make a big issue over my bad experience so I paid for my order and left and will not be visiting this location anytime in the future. If I could’ve given zero stars, I would have. I ordered 3 tacos and only ONE of them was actually filled — the other two had almost nothing in them. One taco literally had a dusting of rice and just three sad little pieces of chicken. I asked if they could add more to at least make it decent, and they told me no. I expect my tacos to be somewhat filled — instead, I basically ate straight tortilla. If you’re going to Chipotle, do not get the tacos. Total waste.

Great service and food, usually! Tonight though I had the steak because they were out of chicken, and only 2 pieces of my steak out of the entire bowl I had were good to eat. The rest of the steak was fatty or had tendons through it and I couldn’t chew it, had to spit it out. That was very unfortunate, they also didn’t have any lettuce. I was pretty bummed about my meal tonight.

Wish I could give zero stars. Most employees are rude, skimp out like it comes out of their paychecks and are constantly forgetting shit. It feels wierd checking my bag right there at the check out area but seems like it’s the only way to not get pissed off when I drive 20 minutes back home. A few are absolute dolls though and do not go unnoticed.
