I am not even kidding when I say this is the best Chipotle that I have ever had. I went here on Sunday for the first time since they opened, and the quality of food was top tier. I texted. multiple people about it because I was so surprised.
I went back today because of how good it was, and it was phenomenal again; everything tasted so fresh.
It was so good I had to let the manager know, and he was happy to receive the feedback. Everyone working at the store today was super nice and helpful. 10/10 will continue to come to this store.

Walked in the restaurant. 3 employees looking at me without saying a word. Stood in line for 2 minutes and completely ignored!! Decided to spend my money somewhere else. PS I love Chipotle and this experience will not stop me but I am done with this branch and the zero social skills they demonstrate

They were great the first two weeks they were open and has gone straight downhill since.
The passed 4 times I’ve went in at 7pm after work they have literally about 5 squares of meat in each dish as well as a scoop of old crusty veggies to where it just looks bare and you can see the metal pan even though they close at 11.
The lady with acne scars all over her face always catches an attitude and looks at me like she’s appalled that someone is asking her to do her job by asking if they are making any more (as I would gladly wait) while the kitchen staff is standing around chopping it up.
Each time I’ve left I took the chance and went to the Bay Rd location and everything is stocked and I’m in and out in 5 minutes, skip this location completely and just go to bay rd if your craving chipotle.

Placed a mobile order for 2 bowls. Picked up the order, checked the bag before leaving and there was only 1 bowl and it was completely incorrect. Drove back around to get it corrected and they told me to call customer service for a refund. This location is full of incompetent workers. Will drive the extra distance to the other Chipotle from now on.

When there today for dinner and the chicken and grill steak was empty. The brown rice was empty and there was a 10 min wait for it to be cut up it done. The guy in the backed looked mad and lazy like he didn’t want to do anything. Girl servant was nice. So I left to QDOBA instead and they had all their food stocked up and great service.

Just stopped in for the first time. Carne Asada and Red Chimchurri is what we ordered and a IZZI grapefruit drink. Servers were very friendly. Both dinners prepared fast per what we wanted on each bowl. Wow! Great flavor!!! Great spices in the blend of brown rice, black beans, steak, sour cream, cilantro, and sauce!! IZZO is a great grapefruit drink.
No doubt, we will be back! Defineately recommend this restaurant!!!

Worst Chipotle ever. They let a few ounces of old dry meat stay in the bottom of the pan on their line for what must be hours because they’re too lazy to make more. One of the meat trays might be full, but even then they act like it’s coming out of their paycheck and give you half a spoonful. If you’re gonna go through the masochism of going here, make sure they scoop it into the protein cup instead so you get your full portion. I will never step foot in Chipotle again, they’re all starting to be like this tbh. The Qdobas in Saginaw are nasty too, so I guess I’ll have to drive 15 miles out of the way to go to Moe’s in Bay City now when I get a burrito craving!

Clean and nice interior. Staff is not friendly. Boss lady with braids screams ‘”line” to call workers. Worker arrives and never smiles or says hello. Brown rice is slightly crunchy. Worker tries to scoop two huge spoonfuls onto burrito. Worker has to go get guacamole and returns to plop the scoop all on 1 side. I ask her to spread it and she frowns and goes to get a random plastic spoon. She begrudgingly spreads it out. Cashier says, “Chips or drink?” The least amount of human interaction possible is their goal. My evaluation is that the tone of the nasty supervisor influences it all.
1. Don’t serve nasty rice.
2. Fire the rude manager.
3. Have people with at least a mediocre personality.
Saginaw deserves better.
