$28 for 2 burritos and chips with queso. Burritos had under cooked chicken and rice. Queso had salt dumped into it. Completely unacceptable and we will not revisit this location. Praying this store is dumb enough to unionize so they can be closed like Lansing.

Overall, the food was delicious. I felt a bit rushed during both ordering & check-out. I asked for a salad & got more of a bowl. The amount of lettuce was minimal compared to the toppings.
Not all options were available to see. Some were off to the right in an area behind the counter. It would’ve been nice to look at the steak, & I almost forgot to get veggies because they weren’t in the large case either.
They were all out of the red chimichurri, & having not tried it before, I was disappointed.

The young lady who made my burrito had the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. She was super sweet and pleasant. She made my burrito with love and a smile on her face. I also had a smile while being in her presence and also while enjoying my burrito at work. I wish I’ve gotten her name to mention it in the review but she was AA with glasses and beautiful hair. I love Chipotle its delicious and great but this location is horrible. EVERY SINGLE TIME they are out of veggies and by out they say we dont have any to make. This time they were out of white rice.The restaurant is always dirty, tables not wiped down, floor is dirty. The employees are usually nice but apparently lazy.
To the regional or even store manager hold your employees accountable and pay more attention. Do better!!!

Our family is always on the lookout for good, healthy choices for a reasonable price. Chipotle used to be one place that we could count on for healthy options while still being able to work around our food allergies.
***If you like veggies with your meals- this is NOT the place for you.
They used to have “fajita veggies” – grilled peppers and onions. Apparently ALL of the Chipotle restaurants that I have been in (within the last 2 yrs) have the ability to make the fajita veggies, but do not prepare them anymore. We asked specifically for them and were told that they were unable to prepare them. They had the veggies in the store!
We talked to the people around us and they had said they looked forward to the fajita veggies, but hadn’t been able to get them in months due to stores not having them prepared. If you are trying to be a healthier option for people, have the veggies so that we can choose your company as a healthier alternative to others. Stop playing with us! Make the veggies a priority again.
I travel some & typically have chosen Chipotle over other places and have been left wanting better.
Bring back the veggies!
Our family will not be coming to your restaurants (in multiple cities and states) and will find a new place to enjoy since you seem to want to tease us with the promise of healthier options and fail to follow through.

We spent $40 for 2 bowls and 2 large chips & queso. Chips and bowls were all about 1/3 of the way full. It is a joke when you still have to make dinner after eating almost $20 worth of glorified fast-food each. The Saginaw MI location is amazing (but 40 min away), Flint (Miller Rd) is a joke.

5/2/22 – service today was okay, at first they said they were out of both lettuce and fajita vegetables. However I looked over on the food line for takeout orders and there was lettuce and I asked if I could have some and they said yes. Then a minutes later the guy who made my burrito bowl today said that they found some fajita vegetables and he provided a side order of those to me. I don’t know how it happened but I’m glad I could get lettuce and fajita veggies today. I don’t know if this restaurant will continue to be fully stocked. I hope they do.
4/11/2022 – 4 star rating – what a difference a month makes! Today I ordered a burrito bowl and it was lovely and delicious. There were plenty of fajita vegetables and this had to be the most staff (7 people) I’ve seen at this store in a while. Thank you everybody who works here for the good hard work that you did today. I hope this level of service stays.
3/8/22 – 3-star rating, One of the items I ordered today was a burrito bowl with double chicken and extra Fajita veggies only. The chicken portion was fine. The fajita veggies were not enough (see pics). Two days ago I came here and ordered at the counter. There were no fajita vegetables available at all. This restaurant seems to not be able to consistently deliver on the Chipotle brand. I’ve come here other times and had other unavailable items. For example today this location shows several of the lifestyle bowls as temporarily unavailable through the online ordering portal. i Maybe it’s a product and employee shortage or its inflation or something. I don’t know why each time I go here there’s something that is not quite right.

This is slowly starting to make me fairly upset. This location is almost always out of something, I understand that it’s because they can get busy but you’d imagine either they would stay stocked more or just be more prepared? All the employees are really nice but it’s almost just the norm for them to be out of one or two things when ever I go.

I just had to walk out of this chipotle after they dished up mine and my brothers bowls. First I ordered a bowl with white rice. The bin with the rice was barely enough for half a bowl and the young lady dished it up trying to get every grain of rice and then asked me what protein I wanted. I asked if I could wait till the next batch of rice was ready. My brother order a bowl with brown rice and was given the same half bowl amount. The she proceeded to give my brother half a scoop of chicken. We walked out because I was not gonna pay $20-$25 for this subpar food. Usually this location is good about portions and making sure the food is as fresh as can be. Today was a disappointment.
