Never pick-up order. The portion I received today was unacceptably small. As shown in the photo, it’s nowhere near the standard Chipotle serving size. Paying the same price for such a tiny portion is very disappointing.
Don’t trust this restaurant.

This location needs lots of Training and maybe staffing.

I entered on a Friday evening and was the only customer in the restaurant. I was served very quick and with descent customer service skills. I didn’t experience any items not being available, which is a plus. I ordered a Chicken Bowl with white rice, lettuce, cheese, and sour cream. The portion of the bowl was on point.

The cashier was very friendly and apologized for mishearing me, which didn’t bother me. She was even thanked me and told me to have a great evening.

The restaurant itself was a mess, but the cashier was observed cleaning after she helped me. The drink station was out of ice and the drink station dispensed warm drinks. This should’ve been either repaired or place an out of order sign on the drink tower. Mold loves warmer temperatures and surgery drinks produce mold, unlike the sugar free options. Coke Zero was out altogether as well, leaving Diet Coke as the only sugar free option. Warm Diet Coke is horrible. There were no napkins to be seen, which made it challenging to eat my meal without feeling dirty. I ended up taking my food home to finish.

I felt like the patio was the only place to eat. It needed tables scrubbed down.

I notice that the “Owner” responds to the reviews, but obviously they don’t share this with the restaurant. With this location being a 1.8 rating of 5, they need to be more vigilant, instead of running this location to the ground. If we complete reviews here, we as consumers don’t need to fill out another response. This is 2025, so how hard is it to copy and paste this review, or have the manager actually read these daily. This will create a faster turn around to get this restaurant out of the 1’s and move on up to 5. Managers and owners are to blame for the low ratings. The crew follows the expectations set by the leader.

I cannot recommend this location until they solve for their repeated issues.

we have had so many issues at this location. i can’t imagine what is going on with the management. Always missing ingredients on our pick up orders, and never telling us. it seems like everyone has issues with this location. i have already complained several times to customer care, so i don’t need a response from the “owner” telling me they will make it right, when they do anything and everything to avoid responsibility. this location always leaves us feeling scammed with no recourse. today our bowls had no meat on them, and their offer was to refund us just for the meat. you can tell from other reviews, that this is a common occurrence at this location. when they do include meat, is gamey tasting, as if it’s spoiled.

I never leave reviews on any restaurant ever, especially not bad ones, but this place is so bad when it comes to service and having food prepared. I have to leave a review because of how bad these people are.

Food: I’ve been here numerous times, this place almost never has what I want. They’re always missing something, whether it be the meat, vegetables, salsa, or even rice. I try my best to avoid going to this particular Chipotle and will go out of my way to a different one because of this fact. I went there today because I had someplace to be and would’ve liked to get there by 6:30, I was there at 6:05 because the place I was going was close by. I was in there for 15 minutes waiting just for them to say white rice was a 18 minute wait. This place never has any ingredients ever.

Service: This place has the service of a business that feels like it’s completely run by lazy teenagers. They look untrained, and quite frankly completely overmatched, they never have any idea what they’re doing and for whatever reason, it always feels like they’re short staffed. It’s so upsetting to me that one of my favorite fast food restaurants (if you can call it that) has some of the worst service imaginable. It’s abhorrent behavior from a business and it needs to be fixed.

In short, don’t go to this particular Chipotle, take the extra 15 minutes to go to a different one or simply go to a different restaurant all together.

Everytime I go here it’s something going wrong. No lettuce , there’s never any fajita veggies ever prepared. Today no rice had to wait for rice.

Some days there’s a hand written sign that says register is down exact cash only , or no cash card only . It’s poor representation of the chipotle brand

I went inside the food looked dried out like it had been sitting for a while. I’m hungry so I still took a chance— I was not greeted the was one person wiping down the counter a young lady who was conversing with the cooks. She never said hello or I’ll be with you in Amir she just kept talking like I was invisible. One of the cooks asked her about the customer “me” and she completely ignored him and walked in the back. She came back with new gloves and proceeded to take my order. There wasn’t enough chicken to fill my order it was the bottom of the barrel. I chuckled and still saw it through the cook then gave her a few fixings to assist as they were waiting on chicken. I asked if there was any vinaigrette she said no quick. I asked for chimichurri sauce it did not receive it. The cashier was over it no hey how you doing just rang me up. This took place on 11/30/2025 around 5 in the evening. I was disappointed at the customer service overall.

The next day my husband and I woke up sick, never purchasing from this location again!

Came in at 4:30pm there was no line, they were OUT of all protein, typically this should be kept fresh and promptly replenished.
They gave me scrapes of what was left which did not look fresh at all, when asked if they had more they said “I think this is enough” forgot to include other items I ordered (I had to remind them), when I left there were 3 people in line behind me, the trash was not well maintained either.

I’m shocked to see the low rating because I was honestly shocked at how great the food and service was here. It was like 2016 Chipotle! They took such great care of us and gave us the best bowls. Clean place, great staff, fantastic food.

Absolutely ridiculous experience here. I went in around 9pm the other night (they close at 11). Half of the staff, who were all younger, were sitting at a table eating and chatting loudly. One was hanging over the other cuddling with them while they ate. Apparently he was starting work there the next day and the other girl was his girlfriend, which I overheard, because they were being so loud. There were two people in line in front of me for at least 5 mins with no one greeting them, although there were two people behind the counter. Then when greeted, the man up front was told they had no steak and needed to cut some. Instead of cutting enough for the man’s portion and serving him… the kid slowly put on gloves and decided to cut the entire batch of steak first. No one from the table got up to help, although there were three of us in line now. Then, the straw that broke the camels back for me. Another gal came out from out of sight in the kitchen, carrying a half eaten burrito, and also went to sit down. I left, muttering how ridiculous it was, and then finally the other kid behind the counter started making the man’s burrito. I’ll never be back here. 0/10 stars. I don’t leave reviews… but if this was my business, I’d want to know. Hire some kids who care.

This may just very well be the worst chipotle location in the history of chipotle as a company. This location needs CEO attention.

No spoons or forks are kept out. A worker has to manually open the cabinet and give you a single fork. There’s never napkins in the napkin holder. The garbage cans are always overflowing. They never have all the ingredients that you might want. They have the same guy making bowls ring you out so he has to keep switching gloves even though there’s six people in the back just watching. They do one order at a time and then cash the person out which just doesn’t make sense to me. They need to have someone making bowls and a separate person cashing out people. It would be a lot faster.

The line at this location is insane because the workers don’t know how to efficiently make bowls.

They tried to charge me for a side of sour cream, one time, even though they wouldn’t have charged me if it was on the bowl. This makes zero sense to me. They literally told me that they’re only charging me because I got it on the side.

The portions at this location are a little less than half of what you would get at another location, even if you get double protein.

Seriously, fly to CEO out here and fix this location .
