First and foremost, don’t bother tipping online, they’ll still be late and mess your order up.
12/30/2025, placed an order at 10:00 AM to be ready at 11:00 AM. Order wasn’t ready until 11:20 AM so there goes my lunch break.
That new $5 “bowl” of steak? Yeah, it’s a scam. It’s just a little bit of steak mashed into a condiment container.
They didn’t mark our bowls so we had to guess which ones were ours by digging thru them. Guess what, they were wrong anyways.
No forks or napkins included.
No apologies. Nothing said. Just 20 minute late, incorrectly made food, and money wasted.
I’m getting my money back and I think I’ll stop going to this location.

This is regarding the Baldwin road location only! If you can make it down the road to the Rochester Hills location 15mins away please do. The Baldwin rd location sprays Degreaser cleaner while preparing people’s bowls. Right on the food. I stopped them immediately and the sprayer said he does this all the time. The manager said there was only 3 of them working and they were trying to get done quick. Eve. Though it was 10pm with an hour left being open with 20 plus people in line. By time 30mins went by the entire line besides 3 girls together all left and didn’t buy anything.

Like another review said, if you can avoid this location and go to the location on Adams Rd, please do! I ordered a veggie bowl and it was LESS than half full and missing toppings. This location is always dirty inside with a long line. You have to double check your order and receipt each time as well. It is almost impossible to get in touch with customer service. Just avoid this location!

I recently had a great experience at Chipotle that definitely stood out. The highlight of my meal was the perfectly cooked chicken — juicy, well-seasoned, and packed with flavor. You could tell it was freshly prepared and not overdone like at some other fast-casual places.
The portion sizes were generous, especially for the price, which made the meal feel like good value. The guacamole deserves a special mention — it was super fresh, creamy, and had the right balance of lime, cilantro, and salt. Definitely worth the extra charge.
The staff was friendly and efficient, handling the lunchtime rush with a positive attitude and keeping the line moving. The restaurant itself was clean and well-kept, including the dining area and restrooms.

What a joke! Where is the health inspector? Do they do health inspections here? So dirty, messy, no napkins, no toilet paper, no forks. Ordered the tacos, look at the picture, yum so appetizing. Sunday, June 15th 1:40pm. The employees are so rude, zero eye contact or acknowledgement. The guy today was throwing F words around speaking to his coworkers and he gave off so much attitude. Throwing and chucking things around. When we asked if there were any napkins he stormed off to the back, came back out storming past us to the drink area, threw and slammed the dispenser before refilling….this is just one example….
And don’t comment you are sorry to hear this and to reach out through email as no follow up is done. Shame on Chipotle. Properly train your staff, clean tables, and clean your windows and glass doors.

I stopped by this Chipotle recently to try out their new Chipotle Honey Chicken, and honestly, I was impressed. I went with a burrito bowl—half and half on the rice—and added the chicken, and it really hit the spot. The honey added a subtle sweetness that complemented the smoky chipotle flavor perfectly. I’d definitely order it again!
The restaurant was busy as expected, but it didn’t feel chaotic. Staff was moving efficiently, everyone was polite, and my food was prepared quickly and cleanly. They didn’t rush through it either, which I appreciated.
If you’re nearby and looking for something quick, filling, and a little different from your usual order, give that honey chicken a try. Solid service and a great experience overall.

This is the 4th time trying to order from this location. Poor quality. Majority of the time I order off of door dash because I’m very busy during the day at work and everytime my bowl BARELY HAS ANY MEAT IN IT. I shouldn’t be able to see the bottom of the bowl when I take the lid off either. I don’t recommend this location you better off driving futher away to get better quality and quantity… just ridiculous.

First time giving Chipotle a go and I walk in to a line to the door and not a single employee recognizing customers for 13 minutes. Mind you, this is 13 minutes after they opened.
Then they have zero veggies ready for anything, the prep area is a disgusting mess, and even the dining area has food and junk all over the floor. How is that possible if no one has even sat down to eat yet? This place needs proper management and training.

This is the worst franchise, disgusting is an understatement. I have a hair in my food all the time, they have bugs in the food. They are rude and disrespectful most of the time. Where is the health inspector. How do they serve a bowl looking like this.
