Ordered my go to order online. It’s never looked this like before and I was a little disappointed. The manager said this is how their quesadillas typically come and didn’t understand why I didn’t want it. (Mind you, the first pictures are of an untouched quesadilla). I ended up reordering the quesadilla because it looked so terrible. The last picture is how I’m used to my food looking. It’s just unfortunate that I had to waste time/money to get what I’m used to getting from Chipotle.

I placed a lunch order using the Chipotle app and grabbed a burrito bowl with chipotle honey chicken, brown rice, lettuce, a side of chips, and a bottled lemonade. The taste was fine—everything was seasoned the way I expected and the ingredients were fresh. But once again, the portion was disappointing.

This isn’t the first time I’ve noticed that ordering online tends to come with noticeably smaller portions. When I opened my bowl, it barely had food in it, especially considering the $15 price tag. The bowl was less than half full, and had I not added chips, I would’ve still been hungry.

Chipotle is generally reliable, but ordering through the app feels like a gamble. If you’re hungry and want what you pay for, go inside and order in person.

I’m not the one to normally write bad reviews but this experience was truly awful. I had a mobile order that I filled and when I got there it was sitting behind the counter and I was patiently waiting to get it. After 5 minutes someone finally asked me if I had a mobile order and I told her my name. It was sitting behind the counter the entire time and she gave me my bag and I rude Manor. As I always do I checked my order and found numerous things wrong with it like I got a burrito instead of a quesadilla, my drink was the wrong size, and I was missing a cup of salsa. I told this to a gentleman working on that counter and he quickly fixed it for me. As I went to fill up my cup with ice there was no ice. When I returned home to eat my meal the chips I had even though I got a large were barely any chips. Based on the price and service, I cannot recommend this location even though the man fixed my order. I shouldn’t have a radically different food in my bag.

My boyfriend and I come here pretty frequently. Last night, we had some pretty big issues with our order not being made correctly. We went in this evening and the manager Marcus more than took care of us. He had such a good attitude, and he was so friendly, apologetic, and attentive. He remade our order perfectly and threw in a few extras as well. Just watching his interactions with the rest of the team made it pretty clear that he has great leadership and management skills; helping everyone on their stations, getting our food made as quickly as possible, and when the fajita veggies werent ready he said “no worries, i got it” to his team member. He seasoned everything and made sure everything was perfect.
Huge props to Marcus for being an amazing person, it’s very rare these days to see people who go above and beyond not only for the guests coming in, but for their coworkers as well. I highly recommend this location and we’ll definitely keep up our biweekly chipotle night here 🙂

Today I went with my best friend, and Jared’s service was incredible. He was super kind and fun, we even had to ask for his name because he was just so attentive. Excellent customer service and very patient. We live 45 minutes away, but I’d drive back again just to be served by him. The food was also very fresh and delicious

Took a risk going to this location and once again they have not changed their ways. Staff never works with alertness and seems they don’t want to be there.

Went to get a bowl to go and there wasn’t anything ready and very limited choices. No white rice, steak, guacamole and to top it off in order to get a quesadilla you have to order online. Many people ended up walking in and just walking out. I’m done with this location because it’s always an issue with not having food prepared and staff not caring. Money wasted.

I was missing Fajita Vegetables and Guacamole. Also Cheese was added to my order which I did not order. My Co-worker was missing Fajita Vegetables and Cheese. Please let me know if you want me to send your pictures. There are always Order Accuracy at this location. I have ordered here several times and my order has never been correct.

If the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results, I’m definitely insane. I try to give this location the benefit of the doubt only to be disappointed time and again. This morning I went in for lunch, shortly after they opened. I could see 3 employees present, and there were 2 people in front of me in line. No one serving them. After waiting about 5 minutes with no one acknowledging us and nothing said, I asked the people in front of me if they’d been acknowledged. They said yes, but they were waiting on the rice to be cooked. They said they’d asked for it to be taken from the carryout section and were told that wasn’t allowed. This was about 15 minutes after they opened, that the staff was still scrambling to get ready. I didn’t see fajita veggies, which are often missing at this location, so I asked about them. An employee told me another employee was bringing some in in about an hour and then they’d need to be cooked and prepared before being served. I don’t understand why the food seems to rarely be fully stocked at this location, and the employees rarely have pleasant disposition or common courtesy. There is a location being built closer to my home and they will have to extend minimum effort to exceed the experience of the Telegraph / Bloomfield location. It’s really disappointing to see such a poorly run and managed facility and I am thinking that the only reason they are still open is name recognition and branding.

This particular location does not deserve one star. This is the second time I have gotten home while eating my food and finding hair in my food. The manager Cariele is VERY unprofessional and lacks managerial and customer service skills. There are NEVER fajitas in the restaurant. While I waited almost thirty minutes for the manager a customer walked out due to no fajitas. However, Cariele claims they did not have any ready because no one stated they were out. Then why didn’t the young man on the line tell her if it was that simple. I have given this location MULTIPLE chances and after this experience you such a piss poor member of Chipotle leadership. I will not return. Make sure you all carefully eat your food it you choose to dine.

This location is the worst I’ve experienced in the US, constantly out of chicken and rice.. You’ll wait inside for 40 minutes and only get half the ingredients you want. A lot of the employees have extremely bad attitudes and often treat people differently based on race (seen it numerous times), can’t wait for the Waterford location to open.
