The food was good and the service was great—friendly and fast. However, the restaurant was not clean during our visit. Tables were dirty, and a large catering order was taking up about six tables, leaving very few spots for other customers to sit. A little more attention to cleanliness and space management would really improve the experience.

I haven’t been to Chipotle in a while, but the crew working today (3/5 at 4:30 PM) just provided the best experience I’ve ever had at any location, period. This shift team is absolutely ON IT.
I especially want to shout out the manager—a Black woman with braids and a lighter complexion—who led the team with such grace, kindness, light-heartedness, and efficiency. The communication between the staff was top-tier (front-facing and back/kitchen), the food was perfectly stocked, and the customer service was flawless. Corporate: Give this entire shift a raise and some serious recognition. This is exactly how you keep a store running and customers coming back.

This chipotle is the most distinguished and tightest run chipotle I have ever been to. It is extremely clean, not to mention the quality of food is outstanding.
All the staff are attentive and joy-filled individuals that create an atmosphere worth experiencing in itself.
However, one staff member in particular has consistently gone above and beyond all realistic expectations of the chipotle experience.
Montana, who I believe to be the manager of this chipotle, ensures that every customer gets the highest quality of service while also uplifting her fellow teammates. We greatly appreciate your hard work Montana, thank you!!

First of all wish I could get this place zero Stars. I was in a hurry so I decided to get some food here cuz my son wanted it to. As soon as I walked in I was told that they were out of fajita veggies and corn salsa. So I was like fine whatever you know but then I noticed that the portions were super small. And forgive me if I’m wrong but they charge extra for guac and the other locations didn’t? So now I’m looking around and I’m starting to regret my decision because I noticed that the place was super dirty. So long story short I decided to read reviews on the place. Sure looks like they literally never have fajita veggies. Place looks like it has roaches. Really regretting my decision and will never be back! Can’t believe they can even stay open like do better people. Shut that place down!!!!

All the team members and Syndey (thank you for remembring I was waiting for brown rice) here on Ford rd Chipotle are working so well with each other. This team is running so smooth, has great communication, has ample respect for team members and customers. The manager is constantly there to encourage everyone while pitching in heavily. Every team member appeared motivated and happy to be there. For the crazy rush pre-thanksgiving day, this deserves way more stars than possible here. Thank you for serving us all delicious meals. I used to love chipotle. But, i’m a vegetarian so i get fajita veggies. EVERY SINGLE TIME i come, there is NEVER fajita veggies in stock. i have to wait 20-30 minutes just for them. I’m disappointed since chipotle is a good restaurant for vegetarians. please change this. very disappointing.

Terrible. Ordered hard shells for my tacos because I have a strong sensitivity to gluten, and was given soft tortillas instead without being notified. This has happened on two separate occasions, even after reordering the food. Tried calling restaurant and no one would pick up the phone. Go to Qdoba instead!

Place was dirty which seems to be the norm there. Only one other customer and they were at the register talking to their friend who worked there. We were ignored by the other 3 employees for a few minutes. A fifth employee walked out from the back and asked us to give them a minute. We decided we would rather give that minute to Jersey Mike’s. It doesn’t take much to acknowledge customers. This place has gotten worse the past few times I have been there.
