We love Chipotle. I love to get a chicken burrito but the chips are so salty that you can’t eat them. I wish they would not put too much salt in it.

We came to this location because the Canton location is always out of ingredients. We arrived at 6:45pm. They close at 10pm. For starters, they were out of the veggies and would not have any for the rest of the night. We didn’t ask any more questions of what they had or didn’t. We both wanted the veggies they advertise. We were tired of getting told the same thing from Canton, yet here we go again.

Made an online order and got literally 4 pieces of chicken in my bowl. It was 90% rice and sour cream. I have never had a good experience at this location and this solidified my decision to just go down to the canton location from now on. They are always low on ingredients, give small portions (even when you consider the effects of inflation), and the staff often ignores you when you come in the door. This location should be closed or the leadership removed and replaced.

The tables were dirty , the kitchen looked less than clean , the lady making my order wore gloves but touched the food a lot and did not change glove’s between orders . She put the lettuce right on top and cheese in the bottom and very small helpings of each ingredient, even though I asked for more. They were out of sour cream , fajitas , corn , red chilli salsa and the food tasted way below chipotle quality. They took a long time to get done , every thing was super super slow in the kitchen. I did not like it . I saw other customers walking out grossed and angry . This place is not maintained. This franchise of chipotle will probably soon shut down .

Place was super dirty, tables were dirty as well, glass doors have finger prints all over them. Got two bowls and one pop. $28 which feels way over priced. No silverware, no pop.. got a refund on the pop thankfully. This place is going downhill and is disgusting. Won’t be coming back. Also the card reader was down. Cash or tap to pay.

I visit many chipotles and most locations usually honor a military discount. This one claims only for police which is very stupid. My review is 2 star because this location is more expensive than others and gives you way less food(got less than a quarter spoon of chicken in a bowl and they were out of steak). All the tables were dirty and food tasted old.

Went at about 730pm, 4 people were eating in the restaurant and no one else was waiting for food it was dead and we were the only ones ordering. They were out of half of the ingredients, and didn’t notify us they were out of anything, they weren’t going to give us the chips or drink that comes with the kids meal – when i asked about them I was told “oh well I didn’t know if you wanted them”? Well first you never asked and second you were just going to rip us off? Then they tried to overcharge us for queso on a bowl that didn’t get it, and the kicker is we get home and their rice in both our bowls is HARD as a rock. They also did not provide us with a receipt. Will never be returning. Sad as this is a new location and it’s already a dump.

If i could give this location zero stars I would. They are always out of everything. Give very small portions and then charge you extra when you ask them to put a little more in the bowl even when you didn’t even get a normal portion in the first place. There is always a stipulation on how you can use your rewards and how you have to get your food made even though no other locations have the same requirements. They are very rude and very slow. When I walked in the door I was greeted by an employee very rudely telling me they were out of about 4 different things and then he hovered over the employee making my food telling me how much I will have to pay extra because of how I wanted my food made. He then Proceeds to tell the employee making everyone’s food that he is doing it wrong and he is going to have to relearn how to do everything because he does it wrong. The kid making the food kept whipping his nose on his arm and touching his face. He was also touching all over the restaurant and never changed his gloves once. Happy I got a bowl and he didn’t have to touch my food with his hands. I will not be going to this location Ever again and I may take a break from eating chipotle all together.

Had this Chipotle store filled a catering order for my office party. They knocked it out of the park! The food was so fresh, tasty and well-packed and the service was extraordinary. Several folks attending were eating Chipotle for the first time and they are now BIG fans. Thank you, Chipotle!
